Let's start with the tea's, they are nice. Good variety to choose from if you know what you are doing. First time customers will be so lost. Especially when it comes to the bill. You have to be careful, those "add on" upgrades can get pretty pricey fast. Which brings me to my next thing. I thought hey they offer an app with rewards, why not use that. Then you'll be able to see the charges before paying. Not to scare you but don't add your debit/credit card to this app the reviews on the app itself are horrible (at least on Android). So then why not pay with charge card right there? Nope you cannot do that unless you order at least $10 worth. So unfortunately your entire experience here is spoiled by almost hidden charges and a less than reputable app and a minimum fee. Not sure if you want to use the ATM at the store either, I hear it charges $3 just to make a transaction. So with that enjoy your drink. Or make a better decision and Google these places: Teapioca Lounge or Mr Wish You'll be much better off in my opinion. BTW have fun with the tiny parking lot. When it's busy here it is terrible trying to get a spot. If you are coming south bound on 611/Easton Rd beware of the light where you want to turn around at (because this business is on the left side). That light has a red-light camera. If you get stuck in the middle of the road trying to turn, expect a ticket in the mail.

I’ve probably ordered from this location over 10 times and been to multiple Kung Fu Tea places around PA and other states. This is the only location that consistently under filling their cups of bubble tea. I’ve never ordered bubble tea once from here without the drink volume looking similar to the picture I posted. All my friends have the same problem and don’t order from here anymore. I’m not sure how they’ve been getting away with robbery without more people complaining about it. Check your drink next time you pick it up and I guarantee you’ll see something similar. If you look at all the other review photos of cups that haven’t been drank yet, you’ll see it’s the same for everyone. People need to speak up because this isn’t the standard at bubble tea shops.

One of my favorite spots but a few weeks ago I wasn't a fan of the two girls working that night. I asked the girl any new items on the menu? I had two friends visiting philly She pointed over and said look at the menu. With an annoyed face. Then when she took our orders and everything was ready. I asked for a bag for my stuff she was once again annoyed. Then pulled a bag out and gave it to me with the stuff in her hand and the bag on top of the food and drink so that i could put it in the bag myself. Once i looked at her she then proceeded to put my stuff in the bag like she should. Both girls seemed irritated and the only they wanted to do was play on their phones. And my bubbles were hard not a happy customer.

I love Kung fu tea. This was my first time ordering from the Abington location and my last. Drinks were tasty but the service is something else. I placed my order via app and arrived at the time it was ready. Walked up to the counter twice to tell them I was here to pick up my order and they said “yes, one minute.” They continued to take orders from other customers and completely forgot about mine. I must’ve waited 15 min. before I approached them again and the girl at the counter had the audacity to say “oh well you should have told us you ordered your drinks, next time you have to tell us that.” I told her we had approached them twice about our app order and my husband and I were visibly standing about 4 feet from the counter waiting… it wasn’t even particularly busy. She never apologized either. Abington location employs the worst people, no manners whatsoever. They didn’t appear short staff. Two women and two men chit chatting away behind the counter in Mandarin… gossiping. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. They don’t even deserve the one...

I was resistant to going for the longest. However, my daughter convinced me to go for the first time 2 weeks ago. Needless to say we've been back 7 times since lol. The only reason its getting 4 stars vs 5 is because there is no real explanation of the appetizers (what they are, whats in them, etc)and they don't really seem willing to explain what items are when you ask. Also no real explanation of how it works(bubbles, milk strike, toppings in general). Its kind of like trial and error in my opinion. All of which isn't fun when the average drink is $5 and you have a big family. So far only 3 things I've done trial and error on and absolutely did not like. I have found something I love and an appetizer as well. The popcorn chicken--the seasoning is what got me. Hershey smore slush is awesome too....i add bubble because i...
