I was going to give this review 1 star but thankfully Shane, the store manager saved the day. I went into the store to get a picture framed. The person in the framing department Calvin did not look up to acknowledge me when I approached the counter. He continued typing. I had to speak to him twice before he even said something to me. He then pointed to his monitor to show me he was doing something for another customer, which was fine. But he acted like me standing there was more of an interruption. Communicating with him was like "pulling teeth." I have had a couple of previous interactions with him in the past and they are all the same as if the customer is bothering him. He will not take the initiative to acknowledge the customer even to tell them he will be with them in a few minutes. It's clear customer service is not his strong suit. Thankfully, the manager Shane stepped in to help me because I was going to leave and go to another store. Not only did the manager go above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I watched as he immediately acknowledged each person that approached the framing counter. Sadly, he had to do this each time as Calvin sat in the adjacent room. Read moreHardly ever have any bad experiences here. My only gripes are the self-checkout is offered, but my discounts don't show up. They reduced cashiers to 1, sometimes 2 on a good day. So if you want to save, you must now get back in an unbearably long line(its ALWAYS long). Sometimes the wait in line is the longest part of the shopping experience(I once had a 20 minute wait). I don't come in as often now because my kids are antsy, and I'm not willing to risk it. These self-checkouts workout at other stores, not so much in this case at this store. That being said, its also hard to find someone to ask for help. Recently I've turned to looking things up online so I can find the isle in question myself. However, it seems that not every item I want works out that way. So you must go on a man-hunt for help. Read moreStore clerks were not willing to help customers. I found two walking swiftly past me and moved my cart in front of them to slow them down. This clerk didn't even know much about the inventory or where it was located. I asked another clerk to help me find somethIing and waited while he spoke with another customer and then he swiftly walked away. The selections were nice but the service was terrrible. I specifically told the vashier that I didn't want two items and moved them aside. After leaving I found that she had rung them up and I would not be able to receice full price for the return.
