Whenever a new restaurant pops up, everyone's excited to experience the atmosphere. By any means, this place is definitely subpar but I would have to say the customer service takes the cake. Going through drive through is atrocious. Attempting to even place my order, I constantly get cut off with an "is that all?". Like damn, can i finish my sentence before you cut me off and ask if im finished. When I went inside to see if the dining experience would be better and it was worse. The cashier did the same thing and cut me off while ordering and im so confused why people who work in this environment have no customer service skills. And then when I was ordered a drink, she handed me an empty cup after she stuck her whole hand inside of it. I asked for a new cup and ask if she could hand it to me while holding it on the outside instead of sticking her nails and fingers in the inside, and she rolled her eyes and and sucked her teeth. Rude. I work with the general public but there comes a level of respect that people just dont have any more and its sad. The food is also subpar. I mean, as popeyes, there's really nothing to rave about. Moving forward, I would honestly just use the mobile app so I can have as little interaction with these people...
Read moreEmployees seem very nice. I’ve just been dissatisfied with accuracy of the orders and not being able to redeem points for future orders. In order to get your points, it’s best to order through the app and pick up inside or the drive thru. However, you can’t add to notes/instructions-it’s not possible in the app. First time I visited, I ordered spicy white meat. I got all mild dark meat. How do you make that mistake. They gave me 1 piece to make up for it, but I then realized the entire order was dark meat. I didn’t bother to ask them again, I just left. Last time I almost left without sauce for my wings, which is not the end of the world but still. I had to reverse in the drive thru lol It seems every visit there’s some sort of hiccup on their part. Wasn’t able to redeem points for my last 2 visits. I feel the employee knew this, because she mentioned it when giving me my receipt. Read moreWas super excited to see there was a Popeye's opening up in the neighborhood. Waiting patiently for them to open. Well- I had my first experience about a week ago. Hit the drive-thru. The total was $15 and change. I gave the guy at the window $21 so I'd get a $5 bill back. He gave me $4 and change back. I immediately told him it should be $5. His response was "No, that is right, I'm good at math, I got you. Don't worry." I had to explain it multiple times. He then pulled a $1 bill out of his own pocket and handed it to me. Management- where are you?!?! What is disappointing is that there was a manager watching him right up until the time he got the change together for me. They had the right idea but the manager walked away at the wrong time. Hopefully this reviews gets to the right person. It's not the end of the world and this can be fixed. But please- don't tell me you're good at math. If you operate a register, type in the amount the customer gives you. It will tell you the exact amount of change to give the customer.
