Came in for lunch on a Monday, we were the only table. We both ordered from the lunch menu and got a Long Island roll. The coke was flat, used to come in a can. I ordered shrimp with vegetables lunch special with egg roll and pork fried rice. I got chicken with vegetables- they gave me the wrong protein. Egg roll looked old and was burned, fried rice/pork was old. Sushi roll was marginal.... nothing I would order again but admittedly I have extremely high standards when it comes to sushi. Same with my partner's meal, it was not good. Will likely never go back for lunch and may stop ordering altogether. The takeout I've had from Queen is usually pretty good so I'm not sure why the food served to us in the restaurant was such poor quality. Also, hospitable? Not here. Do they ever smile? We had extremely limited interaction with the staff -- they were only there to seat us, take order and then drop off the sushi. They didn't once ask us if the food was any good.
Left most of my food on my plate. I was in a rush and didn't feel like explaining all of this but for context I barely ate any rice, two bites of sushi, one bite of my burned egg roll and ate only a part of the portion of the veggies/chicken. Extremely underwhelming and...
Read moreI’ve been a regular customer of this company because their sushi is really good. I usually order through DoorDash since my food tends to arrive faster that way, and they often have no delivery fees. Every time, I add a note requesting extra crunch on all my sushi rolls and some extra crunch in the bag. In the past, I was never charged for this. However, today I received a call from someone claiming to be the supervisor at Queen Sushi. He asked if I meant extra crunch both on the rolls and in the bag, as I hadn’t specified that in the notes. I confirmed, and he said there would be an additional $3 charge.
I was immediately upset because I’ve been a loyal customer, ordering at least once a month, and I’ve never been charged for the extra crunch before. I told him I didn’t mind paying the $3, but I would write a negative review and stop supporting their business. I also mentioned that I know others who order from here and like extra crunch on their sushi, and I’d advise them to stop ordering too. Instead of accommodating me as a loyal customer, he chose to cancel my order.
So, if you’re planning to request extra crunch on your sushi rolls, be aware that you’ll be charged extra, and they won’t accommodate you as a...
Read moreDISGUSTING! Spare yourself the aggravation of eating at this place. After going out of my way to get chinese food from this restaurant, where I had previously had decent food, I could not have been more disappointed this trip.N he woman who answered the phone sounded ass though I awoke her from a coma, and had no personality whatsoever. When I went to pick yup the food, I was alarmed to find out that there was no customers .. That speaks for itself!! Not only did they give me the wrong item, but when I called to advise them of the poor quality of the chicken, and the error in my food, RYAN (The "Manager"" ) insisted on arguing with me. He said if I wanted my money back, that I had to return to the restaurant. A simple solution would have been to just make the food the way I asked for it, and not argue. I will never return to this filthy restaurant, and you should think twice before dining there, or ordering take out. I might suggest, they look into the quality of their meats, and that Ryan take a course in...
