Crate & Press Juice Bar — Restaurant in Abington Township

We attended a local car and music event. We ordered food and headed to some chairs and tables outside the Juice Bar. One of our group members is handicapped and wheelchair bound. They were looking for a table and needed a surface to eat from. As our group member started to maneuver his way to the table outside the Juice Bar to eat his food, the owner of Juice Bar sternly told us we were not welcomed to sit at his tables unless we purchased someone from his store. While we had plans to purchase coffee once we were settled, we quickly changed our minds when we were dealt with so rudely before we even had a chance to purchase anything. Unfortunately we will not be bullied or disrespected or forced into purchasing things and we promptly left the table area. The owner however continued to follow us down the sidewalk harassing us to purchase. We will not support business that discriminate and bully anyone let alone the handicapped and wheelchair bound. We are asking you to Please not give this business anymore of your money! They are not kind or compassionate to those less fortunate. Today was my first time visiting this establishment. It was refreshing to have such an amazing experience. It's not everyday that you walk into a shop and feel welcomed during your entire visit like I felt today. Many businesses have gotten so caught up in profit that above exceptional customer service along with connecting with the customer are rarities. I have gotten so accustomed to mediocre and poor servicing that it actually startled me to be greeted at the door. And then when I was handed a menu and actually asked what I was looking for my jaw almost dropped and hit the floor. When my drink was done the manager asked me to try it before I left to ensure that it was to my liking. Alot of businesses could benefit from how this place treats and caters to their customers. If you are looking for amazing service, great food, refreshing beverages, a relaxing and tranquil environment you need to hurry up and head on down to Crate & Press Juice Bar. Today, Hubbie and I tried something new. We found this store through Google search and tried it out. Everything was great. We initially was going to order on delivery app and they all charged extremely too much. Only a 5 minute drive so we called in and placed order. Picked up food and it was ready and waiting. Customer service is great. The veggie and chicken avocado panini is delicious, flavorful and great size. Love the chipotle sauce on the avocado panini. We also tried the classic acai and berry pitaya bowl which are wonderful sized. I enjoyed the classic acai bowl. Hubbie thought the berry pitaya bowl was a tad too sweet but still good. First time experience so I am sure it is based on tastebud only. We didn't know what to expect. We will definitely be back.
