Starbucks — Restaurant in Abington Township

I don't regularly post about businesses but I make exceptions for exceptional service. I needed my caffeine fix after an early flight home and decided to treat myself to one of my faves, a caramel macchiato. I cannot compliment the staff and their service enough. For someone who is NOT a morning person, I truly appreciated the smiling faces, speedy services, and just overall good vibes given off in this location. Shout out to Jo who took my order this morning and made me feel like I was chatting with someone I'd known for years! And additional kudos to everyone else behind the counter for their pleasant dispositions. I hadn't been to a Starbucks like that in a while where literally every employee was not only exhibiting patience but genuine kindness and smiling faces.

Aside from service, I'll add my caramel macchiato was made perfectly, with my customizations for less sugar (Jo assisted with recommending what to cut back on) and my blueberry muffin was heated juuust right too.

It really helped jump start my day (since my day doesnt start until after that first sip) and left me cheesing so I just had to post THANK YOU...

My go to starbucks. I don’t get coffee out often, but when I do, I come here and always have a lovely experience. The staff will always greet you, check on what you need if you’re waiting, and just be happy to be there. There is a barista there I’ve seen a few times now and I’m so sorry I did not catch her name but I definitely want to shout her out. She usually wears her hair in braids, dark hair and she seems to be a shift supervisor maybe because it looked like she was training and helping out with bigger tasks. She is absolutely LOVELY! She’s happy from the moment you walk in the door and strives to make everything above and beyond. The few times I’ve seen her she has been working the bar and my drink comes out literally exceptional. Again, so sorry I did not get her name but hopefully fellow consumers will know who I’m talking about! I love coming to this Starbucks! As soon as I moved to the area I made quick friends with the staff bc they were just absolutely so nice! It’s always a great way to start my morning with a coffee and friendly face! Some of my favorites have moved on, but we keep in touch bc their kindness was absolutely genuine! I don’t know everyone’s name now, but I can’t say enough about Alex and the rest of the crew! It’s not just me - I see them consistently treat every customer with respect and warmth and get their orders out asap. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews posted. Obviously they are people with no patience. Yes, coffee places get busy, but there has never been a time that I had to wait for longer than expected. Every time I set foot in here EVERY single member of the team is working hard and fast to get the customers their order.
