We have been customers of Sound Xperience for over 5 years now. They fully installed our smart home system, after giving us good advice based on our needs. Over the years, we have added elements, and each time the customer service has been outstanding. They are exceptionally responsive to service calls, and always take time to be sure we understand how our system works, with advice about how to do more with what we've got. We've never felt pressured to "add more", and therefore when there is a new product which might interest us, we consider it carefully. We have added such products to our home, and now when we are away for extended periods of time, we can see our property, control our security system and door locks, adjust cameras, and change HVAC settings. Mark and Chris have routinely gone "above and beyond" to address concerns, fix problems, and answer questions. Read moreMoved into a house with the sound system installed. Looked pretty cool so I reached out to them for assistance with using it. After weeks of calling, I received a call back stating they only worked Monday through Friday. This would have been fine except that I accept a job offer a week prior and had to push my start date for an appointment. Tech showed up and seemed knowledgeable. Eventually I was told that I would need to pay a subscription fee if I wanted to sync my TV's to the sound system, which I declined. You have to use a streaming device like a Roku or Apple TV device, then the equipment that the Roku is connected to casts the sound to the speakers; sounds convoluted. I also need to use three different apps (had to purchase one) to cast music to the system since I have an Android. Received the bill months later where they rounded up the time the tech was at my house. The invoice has nothing on it other than the tech showed up and taught me how to use it. Personally, I'd look elsewhere for a sound system. The sound isn't that great for something that was installed...
