Art of Framing — Attraction in Jenkintown

Infinite stars to Melissa and Sok if that were an option! I had a relative's over 100-year-old newspaper auction notice that, at some point, hung outside on a barn in rural MD. The 2'4'-ish notice was folded into size 5x8 and clearly deteriorating. While I forgot to take a picture before, the after is truly impressive. Melissa carefully steamed/ironed our family keepsake and placed it on an acid-free board to prevent further deterioration. The museum glass and her suggestion to reverse mat made the piece pop even more. I cannot say enough about Sok & Melissa's kindness and expertise - they are outstanding and unparalleled. And if you can't find a frame from the thousands (literally) available in their shop, then something is clearly wrong with you. We've found our lifetime framers and will be back - Thanks...

I was brought to literal tears when I saw how they preserved two incredible memories for me… I took a trip with my best friends for my 40th birthday to Napa and had two iconic three star Michelin restaurant experiences at Single Tread and French Laundry. For over a year, I had the customized menus and some beautiful pieces from the experience just sitting in a closet and I knew I wanted to preserve it in a permanent way… What they created is simply stunning and is now a centerpiece in my dining room. Melissa and Sok are real artists who are highly skilled visually and technically. This is my go to place to frame valuable items. Examples, old family photos, old needlework (she can even clean needlework that is dusty with a gentle attachment to a vacuum, we had this done and it brought tears to my eyes how great it looked). Full disclosure: you can do it cheaper somewhere else. But it's worth a little extra $ to have it done right and be able to trust that something of great personal sentimental value is in good hands. They will work with frames that you already have to save $. Highest recommendation. TIP: free parking...
