From my fiance: When my fiancee and I were ready to get engaged, I asked several friends about what jewelers they used and what their experiences were like. I decided to check out some jewelry stores in Manhattan and the NYC jewelry stores were great but I wanted to see what my best friend's family jeweler (who also designed his fiancee's ring) was like in Philadelphia, one of my fiancee's favorite cities in the world. When I arrived at Beifeld, Scott greeted me with top shelf liquor and made me feel right at home with absolute no pressure whatsoever. (You need to drive to the store so that may be difficult for some city people but believe me, it will be worth it.) I had done a great deal of research before our meeting so I had some ideas. Because I live in NYC, I communicated with Scott through emails and texts (he was extremely responsive and available) and I had already sent Scott pictures of inspiration. Scott designed a cad (a wax replica of what the ring would look like) and I was not certain whether I liked the design but Scott was extremely understanding and accommodating and made sure that I was extremely satisfied with the end product. They let me take home the ring (I had already bought the stone) and again, they were so helpful and available.
Even as a born-and-raised Manhattanite that loves ALL things New York, I did a great deal of research and at the end of the whole experience, I could not have been more satisfied with the entire journey and the final ring. I truly believe I could not have gotten this ring in NYC for how I was treated throughout the whole process (which began 4 months ago), the price, etc. It was such a pleasure to work with Beifeld Jewelers and the time and money I spent traveling back and forth to Philadelphia, the whole experience and the ring were completely worth it. My fiancee and I will be going back for our wedding bands! Please see the pics posted to see the ring (rose gold setting, almost 100 pave diamonds on the band) but believe me, the real thing is so much more beautiful, the pictures don't do it justice! (Oh and I also got a pair of earrings designed and made for my mother for Christmas in the process which she loves). Thank you to Scott and his...
Read moreI visited Beifeld Jewelers looking for a wedding band. I had a specific design that I was looking for, a floating prong diamond wedding band. Uday was able to show me some rings of different sized diamonds that would look good with my engagement ring. He was very patient with me as I went back and forth between two different rings and offered his advice. He actually suggested the smaller size diamond band as he said it looked more elegant to which I agreed. I feel like other jewelers would have just tried to upsell me the bigger diamonds to make a better profit. He walked me through each price range and went over the difference between diamonds around the band to measure half, 3/4, and full diamond band. After purchasing my band, I went online and saw a similar style ring for a few hundred dollars cheaper. I called Uday who spoke to Scott and they were able to work with me on the price. Scott even took the liberty of upgrading my diamond clarity as well! I will recommend everyone do business here as I have always had a great experience and I trust them with my jewelry, not to mention the band turned out GORGEOUS! Thanks...
Read moreI had a diamond bracelet made for myself out of diamonds from a few rings and a necklace I had owned. Scott Fuiman, the owner took his time explaining every aspect of which were good and which wouldn't work. I needed to purchase a few new diamonds and he provided a selection (in my budget) . At the conclusion I was thrilled with the finished product I couldn't have been happier. I strongly suggest that if you have jewelry that you no longer wear, jewelry that may be broken, jewelry that may be out of style; take it to Beifeld Jewelers and ask Scott to help you to design a new piece for you. I never could have imagined that all of my old pieces would be turned into one gorgeous "brand new" bracelet. Thank You Scott Fuiman and...
