We recently hosted a semi-private event here and while the experience was mixed, there are definitely things worth highlighting.
First, the positives: the food was absolutely fantastic. Every dish was prepared to perfection, with fresh ingredients and flavors that exceeded expectations. The service was also outstanding—attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout the afternoon. The staff clearly takes pride in creating a great dining experience.
However, there was a significant issue that soured the event. When we booked, we were promised a semi-private setup, but upon arrival, our group wasn’t even able to sit together. Instead, we were split across separate tables, which felt disjointed and awkward. It was frustrating, especially for a gathering where being together was a key part of the experience.
While the quality of food and service might tempt us to return, the lack of clarity and planning for our group’s seating arrangement left us disappointed. For smaller gatherings or regular dining, this restaurant would be a fantastic choice. Read moreSo this morning I went to Yazs table next door and it was very good, after I decided to go to the bakery next store. I went to go in and was greeted with pastries. I waited patiently by the pastries to order a carrot cake. I waited for well over 8 min before the lady in front of us left due to not being served. We then waited for another 5-10 min until we were finally asked what we wanted. During this entire time the place was relatively not busy and a few people coming in and out for coffee during our time in there and workers only served people getting coffee rather than us, although we were in there prior to them coming in. Read moreProbably some of the worst customer service I’ve ever received and it happened twice.
The first time i went in it was the weekend and super busy. This poor girl who was clearly new was helping all the customers while the other two girls just stood there behind her. She kept having to ask the other two which buttons to press and they looked annoyed to help her. It took almost a half hour just to get a coffee.
I decided to give the place another try. I went in on Tuesday when it wasn’t busy just before ten. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich and they told me no saying they stop selling breakfast sandwiches at ten. WHERE DOES IT SAY THAT IN THE STORE OR ON THEIR WEBSITE?!
