Burger King — Restaurant in Absecon

Burger King .. I have been your number 1 customer .. we order atleast 2 times a week or more .. I was at your store today in pleasantville on the black horse pike .. There were one girl on the drive thru and the customers in the restaurant to order in the counter .. She had one other person making the burgers .. and one more person I think it’s house keeping or is a new guy.. These people were working hard .. and their manager was on her phone with whoever she was talking too.. and she couldn’t help them .. I stood in the restaurant for like 20 mins waiting for someone to come and take my order … ( the girl on the drive thru and the taking care of the counter was literally crying I felt for her !! ( the manager of that store . The lady with long nails , no it’s unacceptable I have worked for a fast food restaurant, no ) And I think that manager has been in the store for a very long time , and it is not only me but other people too have complained about her .. she is rude and ruthless , Iam not writing this to make u fire her .. but since she has worked for for long , take her to cooperate office or give her another position which is not in contact with customers and line crew . Really .. it’s something u need to do an investigation about … It’s not good it is not a healthy working environment, when your staff are dying and u don’t help them , have an attitude !! No it’s in acceptable .. Though I got my food but I waited for a very long time for someone to take my order and I think she was begging the manager to come and assist them and she scolded the young girl who was on the counter … I will be waiting for u @co-operate office to respond to this … It’s in acceptable…what you all are doing to the young people who work for u.. and us the customers !! Thank u.....

Worst experience ever!!! I ordered a whopper meal and the kids inside were playing around while I made my order, laughing through the speaker, the girl at the window did not give me a receipt, and they poured salt and pepper allllllll over my entire burger and all over the paper that wrapped my burger. It was impossible to eat because it was completely covered in like 2 pounds of salt and pepper. The manager should not allow food to be served like that to paying customers, and the kids responsibleneed to be written up. I wasted my money on that terrible food and I'm mad because I was hungry. Don't go to the burger King in Absecon around 4 pm because they will be playing around while making your food and make u waste your money because they don't make it how it's supposed to be. Idk if they thought this was a joke, but it's not funny. They could have killed someone with all that salt and pepper!!! I'll sure be calling the manager about this....

I've been the Burger King twice in the last month. I preferred Burger King to McDonald's All my life. However I believe their food quality has declined. I will not eat there again I got their classic chicken sandwich which I absolutely loved the last time I purchased it however it was salty so salty. I also got their monterilla sticks which tasted like cardboard the French fries were hot and fresh however. The last time I went I ordered a whopper and it was overcooked I mean burnt. The meat Patty Was thin and dry Although the vegetables on the whopper were fresh. And of cost I could have gotten a meal from a diner for what I paid I couldn't believe even the cost 3 sandwiches 1 fry and 3 small Drinks was almost $24 If I were in New York City I could see paying 8 bucks per person for a sandwich...
