Most people would be hard-pressed to believe me but this was my highlight of my 3-day trip to traverse City Michigan. It sits directly across from the lake and it is the most spectacular view. An exceptional beautiful part of town A few miles away from downtown but my god isn't worth it. The owner Ricky is unbelievably down to earth with no pretense whatsoever. The man is a phenomenal success. His staff is on the Louisville hospitable and courteous and when the sign on front so the best pizza in the best ice cream in town if not the entire state of Michigan, you can believe it. Many people probably make such a thing about their business but this place can back up your word with more than credible evidence. I had a turtle cheesecake ice cream and it was out of this world. I am from Vermont where Ben and Jerry's originating 8 mi from where I live. I will not tell Jerry that he has been superseded. Lol. I took the pizza back to my hotel and when I open the box my mouth fell open. I am in my mid 60s and I have never seen a more gorgeous work of art for a pizza. Almost too pretty to eat. Lol. My god it was exceptional. If I relocate to traverse City but I would pay a realtor a fortune to locate me a home within the size of a football field to be next to this establishment. Lol. I wish Ricky and his stuff nothing but continued successful achievement in...

Location hours posted as open until 10:00 p.m. My family and I drove 20 minutes to this location and were at the door at 9:40. Some customers had just entered the store. An employee standing by the door said “We’re closed.” I thought he was joking. Until he said it again. I had an exchange with him asking how could they be closed when it was 9:40 and the posted hours state the store is open until 10:00 and how is it that the group seconds ahead of us walked in without being stopped. He just kept shrugging his shoulders and saying “I don’t know.” We walked in anyway and were able to place our order and be out by 10:00. The staff was in their cars leaving by 10:07, so my guess is they wanted to get to a party or something and decided they were going to stop serving customers early. Don’t know if the manager or owner is aware they did this or if it happens regularly, so the hours of service may depend on the social calendar of...

Huge OPEN sign. Business was closed! We walked two miles with all the kids to get ice cream here. Online hours showed them open. The big red “OPEN” sign was bringing in cars of other customers disappointed to find out the establishment was Closed. Many walking up to the door, after they arrived they see a tiny sign with updated hours.

This business needs to be proactive and update online business hours and phone information. Pull down or cover up the huge OPEN sign, when closed. Driving by customers can’t tell the business is closed.

Your making customers go out of their way for ice cream urge!

I updated your hours on Google Maps to support other customers. Please cover up the OPEN sign when closed! Your making people go out of their way and wasting fuel and time.

I’m also trying to get your disconnected phone...

I would highly recommend if you’re in the area to try this true Italian pizza also best ice cream in town. I am from Holt Michigan and I was up here on vacation and found this nice little sweet spot. Also a nice area to take a picture with groute off of the movie Galaxy I will definitely give them five star ratings. Make sure to check them out. I’m also going to upload a video and they’re a little mini trees all around the building light up at night with LED lights which gives that nice sweet relaxing moment.
