Burger King — Restaurant in East Bay Township

I have been to this BK many times over the years but it's to a point that a review needs to be made. The food is constantly lukewarm, and always made incorrectly and not how I order it. This last time I stopped I decided to go inside to eat and order instead of the drive through. I went to take my son to the bathroom and there was feces all over the toilet seats and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. If this is what the bathroom looked like, I couldn't imagine what the kitchen and food staging area looks like. This was the straw that broke the camels back because normally I won't leave reviews but I have given this location too many chances and they just keep getting worse.

I went to the counter to let them know, and saw four people working but it took them about 90 seconds to come to the counter. One of them even made eye contact with me when I first got there. There was only one car in the drive through at the time and another at the drive through kiosk. I was the only one in the dining room area. I let the manager know about the poop smeared all over the toilets in the bathroom and didn't even get asked for my order before they turned around to go back to the food staging area. So I just left. Yikes.

The cost has gone up substantially while the quality is at an all time low. I hate myself every time I trick myself into thinking maybe this time will be different. The only difference is it gets worse every day.

The prior few trips through the drive through were duds. my fries were cold on one occasion and I had to just throw them away. The other time they didn't make my whopper how I ordered it and I had to backtrack a mile or two back after getting on the road. Other times they forget to even give me part of my order. What makes it disappointing is most of the time I am the only one in the ordering line so I just don't get hoe it can be messed up so badly.

Beware. This place is usually dead compared to the other fast food places around it. Culver's has lines out the door and into the street while this BK sits empty most evenings.

Drove up with my grandmother to get 2 drinks and a pie and i was unable to hear the total. When I arrived at the drive thru window they repeated the total which included 00.33 cents. I said I'm sorry give me just a moment to hunt out 3 pennies. The woman let the drive thru window close on my face and said very rudely "why can't people have their money ready when they pull up to the window" as the window was shutting . The young man then came over and opened the window to wait for the money with a smile on his face unaware of what I just heard. I asked him to clarify what she had just said. He said I'm sorry? I mentioned the part about the woman saying in a derogatory fashion we should have had our money ready as soon as we pulled up to the window. He was in shock, I told him to forget about our order and he apologized as I was driving off. Great job for the young man handling it but you would think a woman who appeared to be in her forties would know how to treat customers. I'm very sad as this is a burger King I have recommended to many of my friends and now feel like a liar. I have also been stopping here for breakfast or drinks from the time I was 8. My husband and I just got married and were looking for a hot meal at 11:21 at night. We were thrilled to see the hours on the door showing open until 12 AM. Still in full wedding garb, we walked in. The first thing we hear is the young man mopping, saying to his coworker behind the counter, "I thought you locked the door!" Then to us, "We're closed." I pointed out the hours said open until 12, and he informed me that was the drive-through only. Having our motorhome made it impossible to go through the drive-through, so I pleaded, "Could we please just place our order and take it right back outside?" "Sorry, we can't help you" was the answer. I don't see why handing us a bag of food over the counter would have been any different than handing a bag of food through the window. It wasn't that they couldn't help us- they chose not to. I was looking forward to enjoying my fun Burger King wedding meal, and was all set to post all about it on social media. The staff had an opportunity to serve us and get rave reviews for doing so. Instead, they treated us poorly on our wedding night and made it so I will never go to Burger King again.
