This is the best place that has opened since I moved here in 2021! I love Mongolian grills, but this side of town really doesn’t have any. Not only is this a phenomenal tasting Mongolian grill, I’ve never had better service, even surpassing Five star steakhouses in the Atlanta area.
I came for lunch and was pleasantly surprised at the price of the lunch “build your own bowl”. And it’s a lot of food. Someone had made a recommendation to add some of the seasonings to the bowl, but when the manager saw me, he asked me to put everything to the side since the sauce has plenty of salt in it. He asked me to take my little bowls of seasoning to my table and if I wanted to add them, I could but once it’s in there, it’s going to be too salty, and couldn’t be fixed at that time, so just wait. I took his advice and I am so glad I did. The sauce was enough and I did not need to add any more salt at all.
My waitress was also phenomenal. The manager, my waitress, and another waitress were all respectfully a good distance away, but came up at the perfect time to ask if I wanted a drink refill or how my food was tasting. It was refreshing to see wait staff work as a team like they do!
I was given a fresh drink to go as well. I am a huge sushi fan and I heard they have great sushi so I will try that next time. There’s no way I could eat another bite at all after haven eaten the bowl. And I like big portions!
I will definitely be back and I will be back frequently. Between the great ambience, the great service, the great food, and the great prices, this will not remain a hidden gem for long!
Edit: I came back the next day it was that good. I also tried some of the sushi this...
Read moreGood food but seemed to purposely withhold my mom’s food because she ordered off the regular menu after being told that build your own bowls couldn’t be boxed to go if you didn’t finish it. She can’t eat a lot at once or quickly so she ordered something she knew she could take home. They finished our stuff and we started eating, but we noticed everyone else’s food coming out besides my mom. Then they waited until we were finished, gave her the bowl but waited until my husband finished his last bite and took his bowl before setting down the box. And to top it all off, we just got home and she got SOMEONE ELSES BOWL, nothing like she ordered. This was supposed to be for my birthday and it was very disappointing how we were treated. And I was so excited to come here just for this to happen.
Edited to reply to the restaurant: she absolutely did not place her order after us. She placed it with Morgan the moment we were leaving the table to go up there and make our bowls. I will not be leaving my contact information on a public forum either. I will contact the restaurant directly for that. Still very disappointed in the excuses being made. It was Morgan who brought my mother’s food out, and a male followed with the box and seemed to deliberately wait to hand over the box. And AGAIN, her bowl ended up being someone else’s craft your own. She wanted the chicken teriyaki with no dragon sauce. She instead got some steak, shrimp and other random things with no...
Read moreI was excited to try this place, unfortunately they didn't live up to reviews. Our table was given to another couple while we were getting our bowls. We were understanding and accepted a booth that had become available. We informed servers that we wanted to make sure that our food came to our new table. We got our food and 1 sushi order, still waiting on 2nd sushi. After 15 minutes, I asked about sushi order and waitress said that it was being made. We were almost finished eating. Our waitress never came back. I saw another waitress deliver my sushi to our original table. The couple moved it to the edge of the table and after a few minutes proceeded to eat it!!! I asked for our waitress and explained what I saw. She confirmed and what had happened and began to walk away. I reached out for her attention and she rudely turned and said "what!" That was the last straw, I asked for the manager. She apologized and explained her challenges with hiring and training. I was disappointed with the whole situation. I understand opening a new restaurant and all of the challenges that go with it and unfortunately the guest is the one that suffers but recovery is possible. Unfortunately they didn't not with me. I hope that they do better in the future. It is a...
