Do not go here. You'll be disappointed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I used the app to purchase the new IDK meal and paid in the app. When I get there... "Sorry, we don't have any sandwiches. Actually we just don't have any buns." What about my frozen strawberry lemonade? "Our machine isn't working. It's just ice." The young lady at the window tells me that they get a truck on Monday and they would fill my order. In the meantime she offered me a shrimp tackle box which I assume is more of a peace offering because they can't fill the order I've paid for. Fast forward to today... I call before I get there because I know how this location is. The young woman who says she's the manager and also stated that she is the person who helped me Sunday answers the phone. Now she says she can't fill my order because they gave me something else. Really? She was the person who told me to come back and get my real order. Now was the opportunity for her to make things right with the customer, but she wanted to argue with me on the phone about why SHE was right. I thought all the issues with this location was because it was relatively new. No. The issues run far deeper here. This isn't the first time that I ordered something ahead on the app only to find out they didn't have my order. The last time I was here, I was excited that there wasn't a long line at the drive thru. When I get to the speaker, I'm told "Sorry, we're all out of chicken! We have a few pieces of spicy and that's it." Really? Popeye's doesn't have chicken? Then no buns. No lemonade. Again, I have given them every opportunity to get it right, but yet... they cannot get right....
Read moreUpdate -- after writing this review the owner contacted me and asked me to give them another chance. Well I've given them 2 more chances. The first they gave me the wrong side again and due to the excessively long line I had to park and go in to get the side I ordered. Now about 3 months later I've given them the second and final shot to continue to get my business. Again, the sandwich was wrong and I was told that they could not provide me with extra mayo (packet or otherwise.) I give up. I like the food, that's the part that I hate. They do have the best chicken sandwich in fast food, but if they consistently work to make their customers unhappy, I cannot keep going there. I gave them 2 stars originally because I liked the food. Unfortunately they have lost even that star.

This is more a admonishment of Popeyes than this location. The one on Barrett Parkway can't get an order right to save their lives and it seems this location is following in their footsteps. They were out of dirty rice. You have a digital menu board, put a line through what you don't have. They were out of Tea, not sure how that is possible. They gave me one wrong side, and they didn't include the dessert that they pushed after every item I ordered. I like the food. When I went inside to complain about the order they were very courteous and quickly remedied this situation. Hopefully they can improve but my hopes are not high considering the consistently bad order handling at Barrett Parkway for years now (also got my first order more...

An embarrassment to your brand are this store # 13325's cashiers named Elliot, Shawna and kitchen manager named Paul.
Well, I'm the only customer pulled up into drive thru, looking forwards to my usual and great experience.
To my surprise, no greeting, no usual military discount, recieved the wrong order, the who cares about a customer demeanor shown, nonstop laughs between them during the exchange. It was a sad and shameful display of behavior on their part.
I decided that nope, I won't accept a new order and just patiently asked for my money back and that I'll just reach Popeye's corporate to report what I experienced, will just continue to drive and eat dinner elsewhere.
Just requesting for my money to be returned was a laugh for them!
I asked Elliot for a manager. I was then approached by Paul who was as immature as his cashiers Elliot and Shawna by jokingly saying, you want an extra piece of chicken?
No Sir! I added and when I then asked Paul who is the store's general manager and who's the owner so that I can reach them tomorrow?
Paul's abrupt response was no I don't know who neither of them are and if there's anything else?
As soon as I said yes there is, Paul just shuts the drive thru window as I spoke and makes an about face and walks away, all while his cashiers Elliot and Shawna continuously laugh in proud poor customer service joy!
What a shame is the best way to close what I verbatim-ly...
