WNB Factory - Wings & Burger — Restaurant in Acworth

I ordered two meals, Chicken sandwich, xtra pickles and tomato’s with fries. T w second meal was jerk spice bone in wings with vegetable fried rice. The chicken sandwich was cooked well with a nice crunch. The fries were very crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Probably the best fast food French fries I’ve ever had. Overall a great selection! The second meal with the Caribbean jerk wings had pluses and minuses. The jerk spice was very flavorful but may not have enough heat for some folks. The wings were cooked crispy, on the cusp of almost too crispy but tasty. The size of the wings was a bit small compared to most restaurants. The fried rice was a nice sized portion. It came with Yum Yum sauce on the side which made a very tasty dish! The Cocacold drink station was one of those computerized versions with lots of choices. They also offered homemade lemonade and a peach drink as well as bottled drinks, smoothies and milkshakes. I didn’t have room for the frozen drinks. Maybe next time. Service was on point. I dealt with three employees and each were a delight. Fast, efficient and so nice! The location could be easier to find but the restaurant was incredibly clean and bright. We order weekly from WNB in Acworth, On several occasions we are missing items (cheese stick, sub and wings) when we call WNB we are told it’s a door dash issue. Talking with door dash I found out its not their issue its a WNB issue they are not putting food in the correct bags, with this being said they need to triple check their order and make sure that ALL customers are getting what they pay for weather its 3.99 or 17.99! Today service was the worse I called b/c I didn’t get 6 piece wing I spoke with “Lisa” who said I could come and pick order up myself even though I contacted DD “Julie” who was willing to pick up missing order and I was going to get extra tip since this was not her fault. I was told by WNB this is not how it works and driver don’t usually come and get items on their own time. I understand that its was her own personal time but she was willing to come and do the pick up since WNB MESSED up an order up again. I have been to different WNB Factories in the past and I had never had a bad experience until this one. Unfortunately they are all located pretty far away from me which is why I ended up going to this location. The actual location of the restaurant was fine, however my food was awful. I ordered dry rub lemon pepper, honey garlic and honey lemon pepper. The dry rub lemon pepper had absolutely no flavor. They tasted like fried chicken wings with no flavor whatsoever, barely even a hint of lemon pepper. The other flavors, sauces, were a little better but still lacking what other locations offered. Unfortunately for me, the dry rub lemon pepper is my favorite flavor so most of this meal was inedible for me. I ordered bone-in wings and some of the “wings” I got were barely big enough to even be considered wings. One of mainly a blob of fried food with a tiny bit of chicken inside and it was 1/4 size of some of the other wings. Also, this location was about 20 minutes away from where I lived so it wasn’t convenient to go back and get a redo order. Maybe I just came on a bad day but as a first impression I cannot say I will be coming back...
