I want to give this 5 stars because I really do love the place and the employees. I'm giving it 1 star because Starbucks scheduler needs to make a ton of changes before they continue to lose employees and patrons. It took me 25 minutes to get my coffee this morning. I watched numerous people walk out because of the wait. There was ONE person working, struggling to keep up with foot traffic and mobil orders. This is one of the busiest times of the day and there's only 1 person working. It's not the first time. They do mess up my order once in the blue moon but other Starbucks does mess up my order badly, where they use regular milk instead of oat milk. Iโm allergic to milk. This location are right on and serious about that. The people are super friendly, always telling me good morning, always liking my masks, always understanding and knowing what to do.
