They messed up my girlfriends order a couple weeks ago she is allergic to wheat and can’t eat chicken, anyway the mgr that night sent out a new order of the pasta with no chicken took almost another hour to get here and I called about 35 minutes after he said they would send it out the right way and told me “To have her eat around the chicken!” Long story short I called again to let them know she was leaving for work and to just cancel the order because it was taking waaay to long. He then said “the pasta is almost there it left a while ago” and then said “I will credit you for the pasta next time you order.” The guy showed up with the food after I told him to cancel it. Anyway I called tonight to get the credit and was told there was no credit on file by an elderly lady who was shouting in the phone, I proceeded to order and a girl took over the phone because the lady before was not able to take it. As I’m ordering the elderly lady is shouting in the background “he didn’t say that and he said SPINACH.” Anyway I ask for the credit for the pasta and the girl was very nice and professional but then I heard the mgr in the background the same one who said they would give me a credit for the pasta saying “we sent him a new one I never gave them a credit for another one.” At this point I’m heated but love the food so will tolerate it because the nice girl on the phone gave me a 5$ credit. By no means am I a person who looks for free stuff, I work hard for my money and go where I know the food is good. But the treatment tonight won’t be tolerated and the way they made me feel was I think uncalled for. We’re going to look for a new pizza place because I feel if we’re spending 60$, 70$ or 100$ an order it should be right and I should be treated with some respect as I treat others. 3 stars for the food and for the nice phone girl, all the rest can...
Read moreI have been eating Aurelios for over 50 years. My parents toted me around as an infant as Aurelios is all they would eat. I literally cut my "pizza" teeth on their pizza. Over the years, depending on where I lived I've tried multiple locations. The Original location, Crete, Hammond In., Naperville, Oakbrook Terrace, Arlington Heights, Geneva, and most recently our new location is Addison. I consider myself to be an Aurelios loyalist. Through the years I've had my share of so/so pizzas from various locations. Must say however that Addison Aurelios has never failed. After 12-15 visits now not a single issue. Their consistency is unparalleled. Todays pizza 11/26/19 was by far the best in 50 years. Perfect crust, amount of sauce, perfectly proportioned toppings, and lightly browned. I've literally consumed 100's of Aurelios pizzas over the years. Todays was a hall of famer. Pizza aside, Vito is a great host, cordial and a pleasure to talk to. He has his Addison location running on all cylinders. Congrats guys, you served me the single best pizza I've ever had today. Myself and my family thank you. Worth every penny and maybe more. You guys...
Read moreThis pizza restaurant is centered in a great location, and because of this we figured it was a good place to meet up. When we arrived the staff asked if we wanted to sit on the patio or inside, since the weather was nice we decided to give the patio section a try. Once we walked through the large dining room, we were impressed with the large outdoor seating area that included comfy chairs and a fireplace. Our server made the evening an enjoyable event and the food was amazing as always. Their gluten free pizza is second to none. We were enjoying our time there so much that before we knew it the sun was going down and the kids in our party were getting cold. We figured it was worth a shot if they could accommodate to move our party inside so we could order dessert, but we didn't expect it to work out but within a few minutes, our waitress was helping us carry our items to our new location and the good visit among friends got to continue. The whole staff at this restaurant did an amazing job creating a great atmosphere for us to enjoy our night out. I mean she even labeled our left overs to make things easy for...
