Burger King — Restaurant in Addison Township

terrible service!!! rude manager rude workers with bad attitude and very bad service. I ordered some food through drive thru so they forgot to put chicken nuggets with my meal plus they forgot to give me my receipt I parked my car and I went inside to ask for my chicken nuggets that i paid for and i did not get it but the rude manager said he did put it in my food bag so he refused to give it to me then when i was argue with him he asked me to get my food bags from my car so he can check it out by himself which is insulted me because he thought that I was lying about something stupid like that instead of him to apologize for his mistake. I was super mad and hurt for their mean way of talking to me and giving me hard time to get my meal complete. They were not professional to fix their mistakes I was very hurt because they disrespected me and I promise myself and my daughter that I will never go back to any burger king at...

This BK used to have fresh, hot food and great customer service. I went there yesterday around 4 pm at the drive thru. I order and pull up to the window and the lady that at the window is chatting away on her cell phone. I was trying to double check she made sure that I had the sauce I asked for in the bag. She handed me my food and still on her phone. I asked her if my sauce was in the bag and she just nods her head yes so I drive off. When I get home, I take my food out. I ordered chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. I was so mad! The nuggets were stale and cold. So we're the mozzarella sticks. Then on top of that she gave me the incorrect sauce which didn't matter because the food was so gross I couldn't eat it. So disappointed. This place used to be great but has definitely gone downhill. I used to like this location better than Wood Dale. Now I prefer Wood Dale again. They have gotten better and it has gotten worse here. I got yelled at one time for asking for an extra sauce. I mean the marinara comes with the sticks so.... Then they forget cheese and just put whatever you don't ask for on. I got bbq sauce instead of ketchup. They told me it was ketchup. It wasn't. Took 15 mins with 2 cars. I see why they are not busy. Back to other location.

Unfortunately I had to go this one again. This experience was even worse. Charged me for extra lettuce and tomato. I ordered sandwich without those items. Finally gave me money back after telling me I was wrong until I kept showing her on the receipt. Forgot my drink. Made me wait for it 5 more mins. In there almost 20 mins. I was only customer inside.
