This was probably the worst Jeresy Mikes with such horrible staff that does not know how to satisfy a long term customer. I wanted to redeem all my points that I have earned for free subs and they gave me the run around didn't give a great explanation for it. Other than there fraudulent claims, identity theft and they can only redeem such and such points for each location. They don't follow the redeem point policy that is posted online on their website for the public. As it does not state on your online policy how many points a person can redeem.
They need to get better redeem point policy inplace and explain everything in detail for each location if that seems to be an issue.
Unsatisfied the situation and I will definitely stop ordering from Jersey Mike's.

Weirdest experience ever. The 2 Caucasian employees were happy to tend to the white skinned customers, but when I entered the establishment, I did not receive that same enthusiasm from the 2 white employees. 😔 This is my second visit to a Jersey Mike's and the first time I entered a Jersey Mike's it was in Northbrook/Glenview, IL area and I got yelled at by a Caucasian employee there because he was so jealous of me checking out a gorgeous 😍 Caucasian female customer. 2 visits, 2 terrible experiences. Stopped by today on a Wednesday evening for the first time ever and I was stunned. Food was super good, fresh and the staff working today (May 14th) was incredible!
