I was super surprised from the customer service at the drive through few days ago (9/22/22 to be exact) I forgot to ask the woman for her name but she is probably the best Starbucks employee I ever came in contact with. Her positivity and vibes made my morning and the day in general absolutely amazing. Thank you and keep up the good work. I will definitely stop by again when i am in the area.

The second time I come to this Starbucks and my drink is just not right. I got a Matcha late, and besides not having any sweet, I got the wrong lid. My husband got a mocha cookie crumble, and there's no sugar on it. I wish we had tasted these drinks before getting in the car. I'm very disappointed.

Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The girls were slow as molasses and were swearing and talking about how they got injured during sex. And this was all in front of a family that had little children.... I didn’t even get a receipt or even any kind of kind customer service. Like I get that customer service sucks, but if you are so off put by working and serving people that you look so miserable and act theybwas they were acting, please please please don’t work any job that involves human contact. I was disappointed today when I tried to use my birthday reward at this location and was told that it is not coming up in their system. I did show them the reward on my phone through the app and through the email and they could not get it to process... Instead of doing a right now recovery which is available to them they offered me the drink at 50% off. Needless to say I did not get my drink at this Starbucks.... Instead I went to another location and not only did I get my drink but was given a free...

This is a Starbucks inside a Target. I have lucked into no line the two times I've been here, but that is definitely NOT typical for a Target Starbucks. Even with no line, making the drink and getting the food takes much longer than at a traditional Starbucks. I'm not sure if the employees are Target employees who get a bit of extra training, because they are not as efficient as regular Starbucks employees.
