Bad experience with service and food. My family of 7 was seated in an area with no other tables filled. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to come take our drink order, I finally went back to the host to see if anyone was even working our section. Another 10 minutes or so went by before someone finally came up to us. The lady seemed nice, but was very unapologetic to the fact that we had been sitting there for almost 30 mnutes. (During these 30 minutes, another two tables were seated. One table was already on their drink refills and appetizers, and we hadn't even ordered yet. We went ahead and placed both the drink and food orders. We received both appetizers within 10 minutes, but still didn't have anything to drink. Another 5-7 minutes went by before we finally received our drinks. We were now at an hour, had appetizers, no refills, no food, and one table close to us had paid and was leaving and another one was ordering dessert. 30 more minutes went by, and our server brought out the kids meals. 20 minutes after that, we got refills and our food. The steak fajita meat was burned, probably because it had been sitting on the skillet for another 10 minutes before it was brought to our table, and we didnt get the full order. We waited another 5-7 minutes to get tortillas and the last plate of food. The tortillas were dry and hard, the meat was overcooked, the beans were watery, and the rice was terrible. Only positive was the pasta was good. Not only did we receive terrible service (our server was no where to be found other than the 3 times we saw her). We were there over 2 hours. We will NOT be going back ever. Do not waste your time or money as this location has completely...
Read moreI only gave two stars to one of their managers whom unfortunately i dont recall his name ! we sat at our table at 12:45 PM the waitress came up and took our orders shortly after which we were glad since we were so hungry, surprisingly i did not see her writing anything down but i figured she probably trusted her memory. after sitting down for half an hour the manager came by and asked us how we were doing and we told him we were waiting on our drinks but he said that it did not seem that they had any drinks for us on the way so he apologized and took our drink orders AGAIN! shortly after our food arrived and both mine and my husband s burger was done wrong! my husband ate his but i could nt eat mine since i can not eat medium rare meat so we had to ask another waiter to send my food back since we could nt find our waitress any where. my husband finished his food and was waiting on a desert but i still had n`t received my burger! finally we asked to talk to the manager and at that time it was 2:20 PM he came by our table, apologized and gave me my burger and fries which was totally cold and a totally different type of burger from what i had ordered. even the last minute was a struggle since they had made a wrong billing ticket for us. finally the waitress came by with an attitude and told us " my manager is so nice, he has covered the bill for you" frankly that was the first time that i got so irritated with a waitress. the manager was nice and you could tell he wanted to compensate but a big NOOOO to the waitress! even though we did not pay anything i went home hungry that day which was not...

My friend and I had dinner Tuesday evening and sat at table 41 (the booth located closet to the kitchen). Nancy never greeted us. Our drink orders were taken by a manager 10 minutes after being seated. Nancy passed by multiple times, until finally taking our order 5 minutes after the manager brought us our drinks. She took our order and that was it. Not once did she check in on us. She would swoop by so quickly as to avoid making eye contact with us. She was rude and it was evident her gestures were intentional, as I observed her give high quality service to other guests.
I’ve been in the service industry for over 5 years and know all the ins and outs of customer service. I observed Nancy give excellent service to a family a few booths down from us and another couple sitting across the aisle from us.
My friend and I both are told on a consistent basis that we look to be anywhere between 16-18 years old. We are 23 and 24. Nancy had evidently stereotyped us as being young and broke. Little did she know.
I had been craving Chili’s for a while and was excited to dine in after not having been there for some months. Upon receiving this awful service, I could not wait to get out of there.
I am always one to tip above 20% because I know what it’s like to be on the other end. Tips are to be worked for though, not freely given. Since Nancy deliberately chose to give poor service, her tip suffered tremendously. I will not be returning to this location...
