Wing Boss — Restaurant in Addison

I tried this place recently, I live in the Dallas area, so I was working in the area and thought I'd try this place out. I came in, and there was nobody at the register, but I did see a gentleman sitting in the bar area stand up from the bar along with two other folks (place was lonely) but anywho, the gentleman approach the register, (No friendly greeting but was nice answering my questions and patient) he passed me the menu, as I was ordering the 8pc wings the employee had asked me what flavors would I like with my wings. I said I wanted lemon pepper and he said "we're out of lemon pepper" which kind of rubbed me the wrong way because I don't know why he would ask and not tell me what flavors weren't available. I than I asked does he have a Nashville Hot flavor and he said "Yes, but that's only for chicken tenders" and I asked if I could order the chicken tenders with the Nashville Flavor and his response was "they were out of chicken tenders" so I just decided to order the basic Buffalo wings. The wings & fries were really good. I enjoyed them, but I did not like that the flavors were limited. I haven't encountered a wing restaurant not having lemon pepper, and I get it. It might've been a customers preferred flavor in that area. Who knows, I just find it weird how there's a Target right across the street with some of the basic products/necessities that are needed. I don't know the process and forgive me for not knowing. I just think this wing bar has great potential, and I thought I'd share some feedback to possibly...

So me and my sister went in tonight and of course it's super slippery on the ground so they were our only option... We go in take a look at the menu a tall white guy doesn't even greet us but just stands there looking at us so more people come in for pick up orders and he helps them out right away he then walks off on us for about 3 minutes comes back and ask us are we ready....so we order our food and wait for about maybe 10 or 15 minutes which is fine... But as I look over the bar I see him touching everything and touch people's food without washing his hands and serve them so of course I'm looking to see if he does the same thing with my order... He walks to the back (hopefully to wash his hands) and I see an older lady helping make food so I think ok everything is fine we get our food go home I open the bag and the first thing I noticed was my fry's were extremely burnt... So I set them aside cause I'm really hungry I get my food which is only three tenders eat them and about 10 minutes goes by and I have the worst stomachache ever (literally couldn't stop going) to the restroom... Then it dawned on me he touched my food as well cross contamination..... I'm really upset because all the other times I went and never had a problem it was my sister's first time going and I got her all...

Came here on a whim on the way to our hotel from a long flight. Nice spot to chill and watch the game and have wings. In our case we just wanted takeout, and Luis was there with his cape to save the day.

Soon as I walked in Luis immediately greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I had family with me so I appreciate Luis being patient and allowing me to take the menu back to the car so we can get all of the orders together. I appreciate Luis patience and letting me sample some of the flavors before ordering, which helped me make a decision on what I wanted my tenders to be drowned in. Ended up ordering the Thai Chilli 5 pc tender combo , and Garlic Parmesan 5 pc tender combo.

The tenders were average but both the Thai Chilli and Garlic Parm sauce was amazing. And the fries were fresh cut potato fries slightly seasoned was on point. Next time around I would like to checkout the smoked wings. Great late night spot...
