Huge Disappointment! I will never order here again! Terrible service! Terrible food! This was my first time ordering here. Thank God I used the $5 discount on this order. Make sure you use it, if you want to risk trying this place. I ordered online for take out then walked straight in after. I walked in and told the employee I am waiting for my order.

There is NO confirmation that your order says it is completed. No email, no text, and no one coming to tell you (even though I told them I was waiting). I saw the Mexican guy make my order and finish cutting my sushi burrito. I waited 10 more minutes to just see what happens, still no confirmation it was completed. I then walked up and picked up my order after it was sitting there for 10 minutes. All the employees were sitting down eating lunch during this time as well, knowing I was waiting to leave with my order!!!! Internally screaming, "I AM HUNGRY TOO GUYS!"

My food was SOGGY, drenched, and sitting in sauce. Cause I guess the 10 minutes I was waiting made my sushi burrito that soggy after watching him cut it.

My food tasted bad. My sushi burrito was so SOGGY, it was dripping and falling apart in my hands. The miso soup was so SALTY that it ruined the flavor completely. The cherry limeade is so tart. Sonic's is better.

Eat here at your own risk! I will not be again! The service and food says it all.

I ordered this on Uber. I am very shocked that someone who doesn't know how to cook can run business. I thought the ipoke bowl comes with the lettuce because the topping choice did not offer any lettuce, so I chose onion. Turns out no veggie. There were just few salmon, and Ive eaten poke all over place. This is the worst amount of salmon Ive ever seen despite it being $19. I could have not left review if it was only the poke problem. I ordered spicy edamame, and it was not spicy edamame at all. It did not have any seasoning. It only had few sprinkle of "gochugaru" (Red pepper powder Koreans use). This does not taste anything savory but give you spicy note. You use this along with other seasoning. I've worked at sushi place, and also ate spicy edamame elsewhere. What most people do is they heat the edamame, put butter and put salty-spicy-already-made seasoning and shake it like fries. That way it's supposed to taste like cajun sauce. Not a watery cold bean with pepper sprinkle. You guys shouldnt do this...

After a 20 minute drive, I arrived to the Addison location at 8:48 PM on the night of 10/17/24. To my surprise all the food was already put away and no one had the decency to speak to me. They all just looked at me and proceeded to clean up the restaurant. MIND you they close at 9 PM. And granted I understand it’s close to closing time, but the fact that all the food was put away before at least the 10 min mark was extremely unprofessional on their part. I gave this location a break by not writing a review the very first time that I came here. I would not have stopped at this location if they weren’t about to close. After my first visit I decided to take the 30 min drive to the FRISCO location which is 10x better than the Addison location. I will never return to this...
