Denny's — Restaurant in Adelanto

I don't want to be rude but I spend $40 dollars plus delivery fee. And my order was incomplete and got more salt and pepper like if I'm gonna marinate my steak with it I think is so unnecessary to give so much salt and pepper when I only ask for 4 pack of each. I paid 4 and something for a soft drink and I got it 3/4 full. I'm at work 12 hours thinking getting my self a good full breakfast and can hold until I get off but it sucks now because I didn't get what I order. And so much that I was looking forward in getting pancakes I didn't get my pancakes no napkings either. But I did get some type of frosting that I didn't even order. I'm a very unhappy customer and I would come here because I don't like that one on 7 st in Victorville. I called the restaurant and the phone was just ringing and ringing and some one with attitude answer hello. I work for retail and I have work in restaurant to me sounds like people are not getting train right or they just don't care about customer service and care more just getting paid. I haven't been to this particular Denny's in a long time because I moved out of the area however I was driving for work and happened to be right down the street when I took my break and boy was I happy that they were open. And I'll tell you what my waitress and the chef were the only two working and God bless them for being there and hooking me up with a really great sandwich and probably the best fries I've ever had at Denny's. It was just really nice because I have gone to a different Denny's location late at night and had really bad experiences with the food being pretty subpar. But these two really took good care of me and I'm not kidding it was a really great sandwich I got the California something sandwich I forget what it was called but it's the one that has the bacon the California club! The food is always good but I ordered my food on the app it said it would be ready for pick up at 7:44 a.m. and they didn't get to the restaurant to open it till 8:30 it was a absolute headache getting my refund when my wife went there to pick the food up there was a waitress sitting in her car and would not acknowledge my wife whatsoever when I called for my refund the same employeeblamed me by telling me I shouldn't have ordered my food so early in the even though they were supposed to be open at 7 a.m. took 2 days to finally get ahold of a manager and when I did he told me at first that they were a hour and a half late and then at the end of the conversation told me they don't open till 8 and just like the employee that was sitting in the car blamed me for my food not being ready told me he had proof that I got my refund when I spoke to him even though it wasn't in my account for a week the food is good but the customer service is absolutely trash and the manager I spoke to was apparently the regional managerhis name was Neil and he refused to give me his last name when I told him I was going to...
