Arby's — Restaurant in Adrian

These guys have usually been on point since I moved to Adrian about 2 years ago; but the last two times I have been here within the last 30 days was a joke. The first time earlier this month At lunch hour - the drinks were PARTIALLY filled with soda; but FILLED with ice - not the biggest deal; but the second occasion which happened around 6:00 PM today - not only did it happen again; but these guys forgot my sandwich while I was pulling threw the drive-through, I turn around and go threw the drive-through a second time and get the sandwich but then I look and the Au Jus gravy/dip wasnt in with the sandwich - causing me to go stop a THIRD TIME finally being irritated and just walking in to get what the sandwich comes with. I wont be returning as a customer to this location if the drive threw service doesnt improve again. The frys tasted soggy and nasty like they were sitting easily for 30-60 minutes or whatever length of time it takes for them to get nasty. I am honestly astounded I didn't come in for a refund. I blame the manager; if his crew made this many mistakes he/she just plain out sucks...

If you like Philly Cheesesteak don't expect to get anything like one at Arby's. You won't get the steak and forget about the right kind of cheese. What I got was about a slice of beef that was cut into little squares and SPRINKLED over a sort sub bun with a lot of melted cheese that tasted like white cheddar cheese with little bits of cooked sweet pepper bits mixed in. Mostly melted mild cheese that was soaking through the bun and the thin square little meaty "bits" tasted like processed lunchmeat slices.. rubbery. At first I thought there was no meat and that the bits were mushrooms but no.. there was no mushrooms or onions on the thing. I took a bite or two then threw the whole sandwich/concoction away. What a disappointment, like when they ruined the roast beef au jus sub by changing the hard roll with a soft bun. Back to just ordering the regular double roast beef sandwich.. the only thing they can do right anymore. I had hopes.. :( Oh and cost of meal $12!! For a few dollars more I could have had a whole 10 oz steak dinner just blocks...

I just got home after picking up what was supposed to be a beef and cheddar large combo. I even said classic when I ordered. Not only did they give me the wrong thing but they gave me the one thing on their menu I will not eat. A gyro. I have had an awful head cold for 5 days so I called to see if my sweet friend could pick up the correct sandwich for me. Not only did she seem to not believe me after even giving them the exact order, 20 minutes ago, and that I paid in cash with a total being 13.24. She gave me attitude and said I have to come all the way back when im sick as hell all for a damn sandwich. Excuse me for expecting the somewhat correct order. Maybe they should repeat it back to you when you order so this doesnt happen. Im absolutely livid and will never be back. Its the principle. Let's cause a sick person all this trouble over a stupid sandwich. Like really? How stingy are we? Get...
