Great value for money, no frills gym. Yes this gym is a bit basic, but it has everything for a thorough workout and at the price, I had nothing to complain about. I generally judge businesses on how they deal with things when something goes wrong. I ended up cancelling my membership because I set up a gym at home. The girl who took my cancellation didn't process it so I ended up getting charged an extra month. I went in today, Manny at the front desk remembered who I was and the owner apologized profusely and refunded one of my previous charges as well. Awesome gym. Not too crowded, excellent free trial program, and the owner is a down to earth nice guy. I specifically like the thought of supporting a business that is not a large corporation or franchise. Great machines and plenty of diverse work out options. Everyone there is very friendly as well.

My one complaint, although I won't even dock a star for it, is that closing at 1pm on Sundays is a bit early for a day which is perfect for working out, especially for someone like me with a 9-5. If you can tweak this up to maybe 5pm, this spot...

This is an exceptional gym. Low key, and easy going. The owner and all the employees are incredibly generous with their time and I look forward to coming everyday.
