Zero Stars if google would have let me! Iâve never had such horrible customer service. My father went to this store with a task of getting sanded plywood. Reno from the lumber department reassured my father that he would be taken care of him. Cutting sanded plywood 19/32 âX4âX8â (5/8â) to requested size 7â. Which came out to a charge of $70.33, paying this much you would expect to get what your asking for. When returning home, my husband looks to find that my father did not bring home sanded plywood and itâs been cut to 6â not 7â. When calling the store my husband request to speak with Reno about this wrongly sold product. In which Reno argues that they do not sell sanded plywood. That he cannot guarantee any cutting size and everythingâs final sale. My father and husband arguing with him about the reassurance that he would be sold sanded plywood, Reno hangs up on them. Recalling the store with Alexa nicknamed Lexi, answers the phone. My husband asked her if the store sells sanded plywood, which she assures him that they do sell this product. He then asked to be transferred to a manager. Mia the store manager, is alarmed that Reno hung up the phone not providing good customer service. She puts us on hold, Moments later Lexi picks up the phone and begins to argue with my husband about the fact that he questioned her if they sell sanded plywood to begin with. She asked him why would he ask her that question with having prior knowledge. Which he rebuttals I wanted to see what you would say. She then goes on to say âlook Sweet heartâ in a condescending tone, which my husband correct her by saying that you do not call me sweetheart. She responds then what would you like me to call you? He in return says, sir is the most professional way you to refer to a male customer. She then goes on to argue that she never said that they donât exactly sell sanded plywood. Little does she know she has been on speakerphone for two other people to hear what she said throughout the whole conversation. My husband asks why am I on the phone with you again, what happened with the manager? In which she responds you already talked to the manger, trying to argue us off the phone. This is highly unprofessional, and looks terrible on this establishment. Finally we get Mia the manager gets back on the phone, with her saying that Reno is stating he told my father he had to use regular plywood and not sanded because the measurements would not fit with what he was requesting. My father chiming in the phone call, Reno reassured him that he was getting sanded plywood cut to requested size. They never spoked once about using regular plywood. Mia goes on to tell my father that she doesnât believe Reno would ever lie. Referring that my father and husband are lying. This sort of customer service is absolutely disgusting. I just went to exchange something, there was no customer around only a few workers and the manager were around by the entrance, behind the cashier stand and at the customer service desk. I walked to the customer service where one worker and the manger were. Non of them acknowledged my existence. The manager continued doing what he was doing and the worker answered the phone that was ringing while I was standing in front of them. He answered one call after another and I was still standing without being acknowledged. I went and got what I wanted and went back and asked the manager, Nick, a question about the product. The only reason i would go is because i live super close but after my experience yesterday im never stepping foot in there again. The guy who copied my key was cool but the guy who rang me up for it should never work in customer service again. Donât put people at register if they dont possess basic people skills. Train people to say âhelloâ instead of âDO YOU HAVE ANY DISCOUNTS??â If you have to.
