Denny's — Restaurant in Aguadilla

Horrible service.

-We ordered 4 milkshakes by phone [Chocolate, since according to whoever took our order, there was only chocolate shortbread] -We pay the milkshakes 7:56 pm #10102 -We asked to be seated to consume and order more things -They seated us, but no waiter approached I walked up to the front desk waitress and asked her why we hadn't had our milkshakes delivered yet. sHe told me to speak to the manager. -The manager with black and red hair, rudely, told me that it was not common to sit down to eat, to those who ordered by phone. I told her we were going to make an order. She took the order. -she returns after a while to indicate that the ice cream had finished. That she could give us another item or return the $. We asked you to credit it to the order. She said no. So we asked her to return the $ The waitress indicated the food was to come out. The manager returns the $. Another waitress indicates: "what's left is chocolate", while they correct her and mention: "don't you remember that it's over?" -8:35 we still hadn't been served. We left The waitress told us that the food was about to come out. I told her "No." She said: "nho". In the hallway, the manager yells at us from the restaurant entrance indicating that we couldn't leave. That the food was to go out I told him: "They denied us the shakes. They said that there was no ice cream and the waitress said that there was chocolate. They lied to us."

I will never go to this Dennys, service is horrible. Rude staff and so...

Update: I brought it up to the manager, and they didn’t charge me for the plate—so kudos for the great service. But seriously, the kitchen needs to step it up. Gave it 3 stars for food, but 5 stars for service! I really wanted to like this Denny’s at the Courtyard in Aguadilla, but unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. First, let me say the service was great and the wait time wasn’t bad at all—no complaints there. But the food… oh man. That’s where it all went downhill.

I ordered the brisket plate with mac and cheese, and what I got looked nothing like the picture on the menu. I’ve attached both photos for reference. I did take one small bite before snapping the photo, but trust me—it barely made a difference. The amount of brisket they served me compared to the picture? Absolutely ridiculous. We’re talking biblical proportions of difference. I got maybe a few sad chunks tossed on the plate. That’s it.

It honestly felt like a bait and switch. Like what the heck, Denny’s? If you’re going to show a generous portion in your ads, don’t turn around and serve scraps.

I left hungry and disappointed. I don’t think I’ll be ordering that again—and I’d think twice about eating here in general unless they fix the portions and deliver what they promise...

Worst Dennys I have visited anywhere. Id honestly would bot give them a star if I could. Everyone I encountered on the island went above and beyond to provide an excellent service but this place was the opposite. The food lacked flavor and for being a Puertorrican establishment It was really off putting with how amazing people cook on the island. When we asked for one of the dishes to be replaced or have some salt sent to our table the staff seemed like they got annoyed/offended. We even got wrong dishes. At one point we realized the staff was gossiping and making fun of us in a corner behind us. One of our dishes arrived 45 minutes after everyone else had eaten. His dish also lacked flavor. Like others mention dont get any of their pasta or local food. When we payed they asked about the experience and were honest and the manager was defensive dint even offer a discount for all the bad or missing food. Id honestly recommend the local restaurants vs a chain they just dint have...
