Bojangles — Restaurant in Aiken County

At one time I would have rated this location with 5 stars but something has changed with management or employees .... Twice in one day they got our order screwed up in the drive thru... morning was biscuits...no big deal we felt with it and eat the bullet on the loss...second time was for dinner...spent a long day out on the trails so decided to stop by and grab a 12 piece super tail gate ... Was too tired and didn't think about checking the order and headed home showered then sat down to eat ....opened it up and it was an 8 piece meal and was missing a side ...so ride back up there and explained the situation....I was questioned about the time frame and The guy acted like I was trying to get a free meal.... I'd explain that when you were you pay almost $40 for a meal You figured they would check twice to make sure they had it right the first time... They did rectify the situation by fully filling the meal... But didn't have to deal with the attitude... In the restaurant is free you provide to service and if your service sucks people will go other places...We will now be going to the Bojangles a little bit further away in town so we don't have to deal with this...

i was driving by to Texas. I decided to stop and try some chicken since its Bojangles... let me say the whole experience is super regretable. I should have gone to checkers instead. This happened on Saturday june 10th 2023. I pull up to the drive through the cashier was cold like what are you getting cold...ok cool she is having a bad moment whatever...i ordered a 20 piece...driving along i get hungry tell me why i only had four pieces of chicken in my box 😭😭 ...ok i call the evening manager picks up ...i explain my issue he insists on my driving back for more chicken..i cant tho coz i gotta get to texas i have kids in my truck ... anyway he says he doesn't know how to refund my money call back on 15 minutes while he calls someone to help him figure it out... i was sent to voicemail as expected 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️.. ..so i leave a message with my name and phone number...a week later and im still waiting...lol so yeah my experience was horrible i wont be a return customer but to yall buyer be aware ... check your food before you pullout the...

Wow! What a great experience I had eating here! The young guy at the cash register was very nice as I took a little time to decide what I was going to eat. Then as I got my food I saw another guy with a couple of the bo biscuits for someone else. I had never had one of those but always thought they would be good to try but hadn't ordered one that day either. I had a conversation with him and told him they had looked so good and I hoped to try one someday. He just turned around and got one for me and drizzled lots of icing on one and gave it to me and said I had to have one. No charge just a chance to have one. I wasn't expecting that at all but thanked him and did enjoy it along with the chicken and mac and cheese and all that I had. I was full for sure and the food was very good. I took some of the chicken with me and had it a while later on my drive. The bo biscuit was very good. That is what service should be.
