The fact I'm even writing a review is not a good sign. I've been up for 24hrs and I was hungry on the way home. I'd choose BK over McDonald's any day. That has changed for this particular location. I pull in drive thru, a lady is in front of me, and I can hear her being rude to the Speaker Attendant. The lady drives off mid order. I inform the S.A. of it, and she proceeds to take my order. S.A. is clearly aggravated stating "I'm about to quit this place right now" but continues to take my order. Having an attitude with me while I'm ordering she cuts me off mid order "that be all" I assured her I heard how the lady in front of me was to her and understood her frustration, but I had been nice the whole time and I hadn't done anything to her. From that point she changed her attitude, but it doesn't excuse her sense of unprofessionalism. I'm told to drive to the window to pay for my order. As soon as I go to pull up to the window, a friend calls me, but I declined the call due to me being in drive thru and told her I'd call her back in a minute. Long story short.....25 MINUTES LATER!!! I was finally able to call her back. Side note my order wasn't ready so I was asked to pull up. When I FINALLY received the remainder of my order, I genuinely said thank you, and no response. I said it again with a slightly aggravated undertone, she (another girl) made eye contact with me, and still said nothing. This place is going down in flames fast. Read moreAbsolutely sad how far this place has fallen. Today I visited and waited 4 or so minutes before saying “hello” a couple times into the speaker. I was told to please wait. After waiting another minute or so I was asked what I wanted. I described what I wanted and was interrupted a couple times with a okay. I felt disrespected and don’t like that at all. Working In customer service, I understand that isn’t acceptable. Then tonight after doordashing an order after a long trip the order was accepted around 915 and a driver was assigned. The driver was at the location for quite some time and left (I don’t blame them). Then the order cancelled a hour or so later. I love BK but this place should go ahead and close so something else has the opportunity. The gentleman who we met at the drive thru who I assume was the manager was an excellent guy and was super nice. That guy has a future in customer service and Human Resources but the store cannot handle the small workload. Everyone I know avoids this place like the plague. I give it a chance occasionally and continue to get disappointed. I would recommend going anywhere on exit 5 besides this location. This is sad to say as it use to be a good...

We were waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes and then finally decided to pull around to the window where we saw that we were waiting for no reason besides the fact that the lady at the window decided it was time for a FaceTime phone call. I placed an online order and before she even looked for our order she said that she couldn’t find it— crazy because it was sitting behind her on the counter. Then she tells us to pull up and she’ll bring everything out to us, keep in mind she’s still on FaceTime with whoever she’s on the phone with. It’s literally just basic customer service. The place couldn’t have failed more here and they need to discuss with their staff what to do and not to do while on the clock. Makes the whole brand look bad.
