Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Aiken County

I have been debating on writing this review. Mainly because I don't enjoy people getting in trouble. But after thinking about it,it needs to be told. On Friday August 19 2022,me and some of my co-workers went in together to get lunch. We got 2 deep dish pepperoni pizz's and I had originally ordered the Parmesan wings but we're told they were out of those once I got there. The cashier told me that I could cancel the wings or choose another flavor. I chose the barbeque which were already sitting in a warmer. I went back to work and we all ate our lunch. The wings were not on the tasty side to say the least but we ate them anyway because I didn't have time to go elsewhere for anything. The wings were split between 2 of us. By Friday afternoon,I didn't feel well at all. Went to bed that night without eating dinner thinking I'd feel better in the morning...wrong. I woke up at 1:30 in the morning throwing up like never before and other symptoms I will spare you from. It continued through the night causing me to call into my job for my Saturday shift. Upon calling in,I found out the same co-worker who I had split the wings with was also sick and throwing up. I called the doctor and told him what was going and discovered it was in fact food poisoning and I know it was from those wings. The employees that work here are very nice and upbeat but I believe food is being left in those warmers far to long. I am just trying to bring some kind of awareness to the situation because I don't want this happening to anyone else. Please make sure that proper food handling procedures are being taught to your employees. Customers shouldn't be afraid of getting sick from eating out or missing out on a days pay because of neglectful handling of food. I will always from here on out demand fresh...

I really do not like going to this little Caesar’s. I hate getting people in trouble but since Covid got a little less rampant, it’s been awful. They don’t allow you to go inside and order, it’s drive thru only. I usually have to go to this location because it’s the closest and cheapest option to my house, and no one delivers to us. We live in the middle of nowhere so this is the most convenient. Last night, my boyfriend and I ordered online and we went inside to pick it up because the line for the drive thru was 5 cars long, and the manager had people parking in the fire lane (which is a safety hazard in itself). The door was unlocked, the open sign was on, so we went in to pick up our pizza from the kiosk. When we went in, and we’re immediately told that the restaurant was drive thru only, but I said I had gotten a notification that our pizzas were ready. They said that it wasn’t ready yet, and we had to wait another 15 minutes. My boyfriend has 4 sisters and his parents were all hungry. While we were waiting, they locked the door so no more people could come in. Please note the restaurant closes at 10 pm, it was 7:30 pm. Also, the lady who I assume was the manager started yelling for someone to turn off the open sign, that she wasn’t letting anyone else in and that she was going home at 8:30. She even got a call of someone trying to order something, and the manager said, ”Ma’am I’m closing the store at 8:30.” and hung up. It’s just all around awful. It’s always closed when it’s supposed to be open and the staff are almost alway rude, and if it’s not the cashiers it’s just the managers. I won’t be...

I’m not the type of persons who writes reviews but today February 29 i have had enough. I have been going to little ceasers a bunch of times but this past few times i went was not what i expected. This past few times i went a blonde hair women was the one who took my orders, not with a good mood but I didn’t pay attention thinking she probably had a bad day but her having that attitude every time i go is not ok, the other day i went she knew i was there to order food but she didn’t care until another crew member told her i was there (i let those times slide) but today not no more, I went at 9:30 knowing it closes at 10:00pm. Blonde women knew i was going to go in to order pizza at 9:30ish and she locked the door on me and made me go thru the window for nothing because when i got to the window she just told me what do i need and i told her but she went and another crew member politely told me that they just had turned off the oven, i told him its fine but why couldn’t the women just tell me that instead. Anyways im not going to tolerate the blonde women attitude towards me, i don’t know if she does it because im hispanic or why but im a customer and she should not have that attitude towards no one especially when customers aren’t rude.
