If I could give negative stars, I would but I guess one star will have to do.

I brought my engagement ring to be sized at jewelry doctor on whiskey and they told me that they could resize it.

When I got my ring back and I paid for it, I noticed that it had a huge scratch in my band and that the channels on my engagement ring were destroyed.

They failed to tell me that my ring was damaged and still made me pay for it. I had to bring my ring to several other jewelry experts to tell me that it was damaged.

When I went back to see what had happened during the process of them resizing my ring I was very emotional and the two ladies up front laughed at me. They said that it was the place where I brought my ring from fault.

Yet I had picture evidence of when I first got the ring and it was not damaged whatsoever.

These guys were fantabulous!!! I called them with no notice to see if they did same day ring resizing, they did but only with an additional cost. Well my fiancee just proposed yesterday with a beautiful engagement ring a little too small for my ring finger but a little too big for my pinky finger and I was so scared I was gonna lose it. So they told me to hurry and if I paid extra they would do it today. When I arrived they inspected it and found a couple problems with the ring that needed repaired and would cost an extra $50 to be fixed today so we said ok. When I picked it up he replaced all 12 and it would've been an extra $250 but they did it without charging me because they didn't want to see the diamonds lost out of my beautiful ring and hadn't gotten approval for the cost first. I came into town for a few days to visit my parents and needed to get two clasps repaired - a bracelet and necklace. For the bracelet Randy did it immediately and without charge and for the necklace, he did it in an hour since I was about to head back out of town. He and his wife were so friendly and I really appreciated that he rushed to fix it for me. :) also, when choosing the clasp, he recommended the one that was better suited to my active lifestyle, rather than the one the was more expensive- which made me trust them even more !
