I have never in my life posted a review about a franchise but this dominos is absolutely pathetic. I have four children. I ordered food online at 7:03. Our food did not get delivered until 9:35. Completely unacceptable especially to parents who have children and know that they have a bedtime during school nights. I've never in my life waited for pizza for that long from any pizza place or franchise. I'm beyond furious. I called the store number 9 times and was hung up on every single time without speaking to anybody, it literally just hung up everytime . Do not order from this store. They are rude and inconsiderate. I'm such an easy going person but this is just uncalled for especially when you don't even answer the store phone to give a customer an update on your order after two hours. I would of went up there and got my order or either asked for my money back if I didn't have 4 kids who were expecting good pizza and pasta. I will be reporting them to the corporate office and they completely lost my business. The only thing the driver said was I'm sorry we are busy. There is no excuse why the manager of that store couldn't answer the phone after 9 phone calls. Horrible customer service to the max! Read moreWe ordered online from this store tonight at 6:41p. Delivery said it would take 21-31 minutes. Nothing arrived. At 8:43p, we received another email that said delivery wasn't what it was hoped to be, so we started trying to call the store. We finally spoke with someone at 9:18, who said they'd check on it, but after six minutes on hold, it disconnected. We called back at 9:24 to ask for a refund and were told that it was on its way before again being disconnected. It's now almost four hours since we placed an order, one of our family members that should've eaten had to go to work at his night shift without eating here as planned, and we still have no food, and no service. "I don't know what to tell you, we are busy and will be there when we can.." twice... Of course the Track your Order app...Said that "Thomas" Was Quality Checking my order Over an hour ago now... Too bad I pre-tipped When I ordered.. Won't do that again.. This is not an anomaly either. I haven't ordered from here in six months or so because, of the service the last time..Figured I would give another chance... NO MORE!!!!! Not sure when or if my order will arrive at this point..
