Hardee’s — Restaurant in Aiken County

I placed a order online. Breakfast is over at 12. It was scheduled for pick up at 12. I get there the person I spoke with told me I had to cancel my order since it was after breakfast. Mind you I placed my order at 1130. I told her I couldn't cancel my order because it shows completed. I had 2 meals. Both were biscuits. Which I saw a bunch of biscuits on there counter which I know this place makes them in advance so I know those weren't someone's order. Idk why they couldn't just try to simply make my order with those biscuits. They were all rude. 3 women. I asked if I ordered my food at 1130 then why couldn't I pick it up at 12. She then goes through there orders see they recieved it 20 minutes ago. But since it after 12 they couldn't fulfill it. I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds for online orders. So she suggested I dispute it with my bank. Such poor service all around. I never write reviews but I definitely won't be coming back to...

This is the second time that I have been on my lunch break with only one car in front of me and waited way too long for an order for just one person. I always try to give second chances because everyone can have bad days. I literally ordered a Frisco combo and two apple pies with one car in front of me and waited 12 minutes at the drive-through window and was then asked to park so they could bring my order out and an additional five minutes. So I waited almost 20 minutes for that small order!! It did not make sense for me to ask for a refund and wait for that and then go find somewhere else to purchase food from because half of our lunch break was already gone!! At least be nice and hot because I assumed it was cooked fresh . The fries will be warm and the Frisco sandwich was definitely not fresh because it wasn’t even very warm at all!! I stopped at Hardee's today for lunch at 12:40. The lady that took my order (lilly, was the name on her shirt) seemed visible discussed. I told her my order and scanned my phone for the coupon, she loudly said "WHAT'S THAT FOR". I replied, "for a coupon, half off a Frisco burger" she loudly replied "IT AINT WORK". Then she called the gentleman manager over. He corrected her mistake.(she typed in a chicken Frisco). After that debacle, I opened my Frisco wrapping to discover that it was only bread, bacon,mayo and lettuce, NO BURGER. I called the store and returned the bread at the drive thu window. A new employee, that wasn't working on my first trip, handed me another Frisco wrapping and low and behold, NO BURGER again. I reversed and honked my horn gave her the bread back. Then they finally corrected the order.
