Starbucks — Restaurant in Aiken County

I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! When I walked in I ordered a pumpkin spice latte and they were out. So I decided to order something else and had to ask a question about it. The girl acted like I was suppose to know the answer to that and treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing the answer!! So as I was waiting for my coffee I was watching the other girl as she was making several drinks that were ahead of me. Every time she made a coffee she wiped the counter top off. Now normally I would be okay with that but she was using the same rag to clean the piece of equipment that YOUR CUP goes in to steam the milk!!!! That is CROSS CONTAMINATION!!! Because I paid for my drink AHEAD of time I felt like I had to take. It went straight in the trash!!!! I dont treat myself very often because the coffee is pricey!! But when I am PAYING FOR A SERVICE I expect it to be done with respect and cleanliness!!! I understand these girls work hard but come on people!!! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THIS STARBUCKS!!! Honestly I'm only giving 2 stars because there are good baristas that work here. DeDe is great! She has always been polite and friendly while also making your order correctly. There is one who does not have it together at all. If I could give a rating based on her it would be no stars ! Shannon never makes the drinks accurately and she never puts enough in the cup. You could order a venti and there will be the amount of a grande or less in there. When they was low on larger sized cups she made my drink in two small cups. She didn't half the ingredients so I was basically drinking flavored heavy cream. She also does not know how to customize the drinks to the customers liking on the register. On the app you can customize your drinks and even at the other Starbucks, but she doesn't. So you usually get charged more than you should because she charges you for a drink with ingredients you didn't even get. She also has a habit of arguing with customers when they point out the drink...

Slowest service EVER! They move like you don't matter. I can get the same order at the Starbucks down the street and it's ready in a few minutes. And they are always running out of coffee! Need to fire the manager and hire one that knows how to run the place. And how to hire people that want to work. How do you run out of caffeinated coffee when it's the majority of what you sell? Worse, it is actually on the shelves of the store you're located in!!!
