Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Aiken County

My order on the app came through differently and I tried to correct the guy making it because I was in line to pay for drinks and chips. He was very rude and unprofessional when I came back in to him I had the wrong order he was rude and said he had it right because he packed it himself. I was missing a sub and got one I didn’t order. He argued with me and I got the bag and brought it in and he printed my order pretty much in my face after I tried to show him my online order for that store. He made was I was missing and took the one I didn’t order and shoved the bag at me and I kept apologizing and he didn’t acknowledge it and I just left because he walked away. My bread was not fresh I called in a pick up order for 3 #8 regular subs all no ham extra turkey. 2 were made the same MIKE'S WAY No vinegar add mustard. 1 was Mike's way no vinegar, no onions add mustard. I asked them to repeat my order back bc last time I had to drive back for my bacon. Our bread was not fresh, they didn't put onions on any of the subs and barely added a full strip of bacon. Called to tell them and they guy replied with ok what do you want me to do. So I asked for the manager "oh we're busy." Really it was only one person in there when the order was picked up. Prices are on high side but quality makes it worth it. The staff here were a breath of fresh air. People seem to forget what customer service means but the 3 employees that served us here definitely know. They all did whatever they could to make sure we were happy when we left. I could see their smiles behind the mask. It was a wonderful break from the usual trips to grab a quick bite. Thank you so much for your kindness!!
