This had to be the worst experience I've ever had here they assumed what I wanted on my sub is what they wanted the lady with the dreads made it out to be a problem for asking for me to add to my sub before it was ever even cooked I've never had this experience here before but I will never return due to how rude she was honestly if you don't want your job don't do it Jersey Mike's y'all should do better with who you hire I get everybody has a bad day but if you don't want to do it then go find another job don't make people feel the way you make them feel I will be reaching out to corporate on behalf of this woman and how rude she was to me it was very uncalled for as I was leaving she had something to say as well I pick my battles and someone and the lack of caring for others will no affect my day in the ways she hoped , while the cashier was very sweet the other employees attitude was...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went there to place an order of multiple sandwiches and they were quite busy! A very nice customer ahead of yo went to get ice and can' back to tell the staff that it had dirty specs in it Ashlyn asked the customer very rudely "what do you want me to do about it?" Myself and soA of the other customers were shocked by her lack of care and attitude. I arrived 20 minutes before closing. The young ( black girl, I didn't get her name) lady caught an attitude when I requested 2 number 17's giant, not only did she suck her teeth, she ran to the back whispered something to whom I assume is the manager, she didn't ask if I wanted to add anything else to the sandwiches, when she finished making the sandwiches, she then threw both of my sandwiches on the counter, bagged them handed them too me looking at her manager.
