Pablo's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Aiken County

It was waiter’s first day so keep that in mind, but also I’m sure it wasn’t also the cook’s first day either. I ordered the shrimp tacos which comes 2 tacos filled with shrimp bacon salsa and rice. I said no cheese twice. My boyfriend ordered the grande loco which comes with shrimp chicken steak bacon and a bunch of other stuff inside. The order came and he handed me one shrimp and lettuce taco. I said this isn’t what I ordered and asked for a menu. He left and never came back with a menu. I ended up going to get one from the hostess myself. We continued to wait and finally he came back but only to refill our pitchers. He had no menu and didn’t even ask about my taco. I showed him what I ordered and he said “do you want me to change it?” face palm I want you to give me what I ordered. He came back with what I ordered but still added cheese so I had to wait for him to remake them AGAIN. Boyfriend’s burrito was missing shrimp. ON TOP OF THAT I ASKED FOR DRINK SPECIALS AND HE DIDN’T EVEN TELL ME ABOUT THE EXACT SAME MARGARITA I ORDERED THAT WAS ON SALE for twice the size!!

This place is awful. The service was unacceptable also. When the waitress came up, all she said was “are you ready to order yet”. My son got a taco salad and it was plain , nothing but lettuce, meat, and the shell. It supposed to have more than that on it and they refuse to change it unless i paid for it more. i got vegetarian option and it was suppose to have spinach on it and it had none on it. i couldn’t tell the waitress because she never came back out to ask how the food was or ask if we needed anything. I didn’t have time to wait for more food either because i was just passing through, while going out of town. she finally came back and i told her i didn’t get my spinach and she said that it was the cooks fault not hers. i asked her if she can give me half off or take it off my bill, since it’s not what i ordered. she was hesitant like she didn’t want to but she went to ask someone else. another person came over and said that she couldn’t take it off because pablo wasn’t here to do anything about it. she was unbelievably rude about the whole thing. A friend and I went out to dinner here the previous night… and as someone who has been here before with no issues, that took a total turn for the both of us. We walked in and no one was there to greet/serve us. We finally got sat in a booth and we got the chips and salsa immediately.. so off to a better start. We then ordered two virgin pina coladas and they were both heavy on the ice… so they were not drinkable, reminder those were 8 dollars. We then had to get another drink so we could eat. After we received our second round of drinks, it took them 26 minutes to come back to our table, while our waiter walked past our table several times. We finally get to order and our food is served. This is where the one star comes into play, there was a piece of plastic from the cups they use for fountain drinks/tea/water in my food, and I almost ate it.
