At the drive thru intercom, the worker lacked kindness & good customer service. At the pay window, I was shortened on the change I was supposed to receive. I didn’t notice this until I got to the window to pick up my food. The worker at this window was very rude!!! As she was giving me my food, I mentioned to her about not getting the right amount of change back, but she didn’t acknowledge it. She was about to close the window, but I was still sitting there so she was looking at me. She still had not said a word to me. I mentioned to her again about receiving the incorrect amount and asked for the receipt (just to double check myself). She gave me the receipt, but still was just looking at me as she was about to close the window. AGAIN, I told her I got the incorrect amount. She puts her hand out for the receipt and money I was given, I gave it to her, then she slams the window. She comes back with the correct amount, gives it to me and still hasn’t said a word to me and slams the window again. No apology, thank you, NOTHING. I drove off very taken back by her attitude and wish I had gotten her name. I wasn’t even mad about the incorrect change being given because mistakes happen. I appreciate it being made right by getting the correct amount in the end, which is the only reason I gave 2 stars, but the attitude(customer service) of the girl that handled it was RIDICULOUS and uncalled for. To top it all off, when I got home, the salad I ordered looked like half of what I usually get at the other Wendy’s I go to. Very unsatisfied...

No one I MEAN NO ONE was in the drive-through behind me, and he shut the window IN MY FACE and would NOT allow me to order anything else. All I needed was a plain hamburger. The young nasty lady at the second window shoved food out the window in my face and said, "Drive around again." I left without my plain hamburger. The food I received was old and cold. I called the complaint department. I was told I would receive a call to follow up. You know, as well as I do, no one will call me back because they don't care. If they did, their employees wouldn't be allowed to treat their customers like this. All they want is our money. Their are too many other restaurants around this Wendy's for me to visit this nasty attitude, eye rolling, disrespectful, nasty cold food place. Do us all a favor. This location served me melted frosties, I went right back to ask if they can remake they said no because it’s hot outside, then I asked for a refund and they said no you can order another one. I called corporate and they made it right, went back to return the frostys and ask for the managers name, he refused to give me his name. Then finally he said his name was Robby, and told me to not order melted ice cream next time. Umm… I was in the drive through, how was I supposed to know it was melted.
