Zack's Pizza North Augusta — Restaurant in Aiken County

I ordered pizza and wrings from here a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed the wings so I decided to give it another shot tonight.

I prefer dry rub wings but wasn’t clear on which flavors were dry so I gave them a call. The employee who picked up the phone had a hard time answering the question and told me that he thought only the Mississippi wings were dry. I knew that wasn’t the case because I ordered lemon pepper previously and they were dry to which he repeated himself again and said he wasn’t sure. Since he still seemed a little confused by my question I ended the call and decided to go with lemon pepper and proceeded to order online. I honestly thought that he might have been special needs so I didn’t push too hard to get an answer to such a simple question. To our surprise, when we showed up to pick up the pizza we discovered that he was just in a temporary altered state of mind…. The whole place smelled like ganja and all the employees were giggling and seemed to be enjoying themselves lol.

The pizza was delicious as always, we tried the chicken Caesar salad but probably won’t order that again because it only came with two slivers of chicken, and the chicken wings had a strong taste of pork this time around. I’m thinking there may have been some cross contamination going on with this batch. I love the fact that the wings are smoked but do not eat pork so I probably will not be ordering wings again in the future. We probably won’t be ordering salads in the future either because of the lack of protein and because they use shredded mozzarella instead of Parmesean cheese but I’ll definitely be...

The service was unprofessional and unfriendly. Upon arriving at the location, no one acknowledged me with a greeting of hello. How are you? How may I help you? Everyone just stared at me like I had 4 heads. Upon leaving the restaurant, after spending $70.00 on pizza wings and salad, and receiving my order,...there was NO. Thank you. There was NO have a good evening. The customer service was poor. I will not go back!!! Not to mention, the order I placed included a 2 liter soda originally with the order. So, I had to walk back in with high reluctance. As I walked in, the person who assisted me was on the phone. There were 4 other staff members behind the counter whom could clearly see me and knew that I had just been in because it had literally only been 2 minutes of me walking out. No one acknowledged me or asked me if they could help me or if something was forgotten on the order? They all looked at me again, as if I had 4 heads, and I had to wait until the person that originally helped me get off the phone. When he finished his call, I told him why I was coming back in... He never opened up his mouth and pointed to the refrigerator section that held the sodas. As if to say, get your own drink, and then I ask about parmesan cheese and red pepper, again, he didn't open up his mouth and pointed it to the containers on the counter. I don't understand why have someone in your establishment at the front counter if they have no personable skill set to address the public. Again. I will not go back, and I don't recommend anyone in the North Augusta community...

Came in today a little after 4pm. I ordered at the register. I ordered the jumbo Supreme pizza, 25 wings which half were hot, and the other half garlic parmesan, and a meatball sandwich. I asked the lady at the register if my pizza could be baked well done, and square cut. She said they would bake it well done, and that they don't do square cut pizza but she would tell them to do mine for me. Well we got our food and the pizza was all soggy. And it had no flavor. I had to put the pizza in my oven at home to bake it more. And it was not hot. Mind you we waited there for the food it should have been hot. And it was not square cut. She should have just said no they don't do square cut instead of telling me that she would have them do it. The wings OMG no flavor whatsoever 😩 the hot wings sauce was not spicy at all. Not a good hot wing sauce by any means. And the garlic parmesan wings were so bland I couldn't believe it. No flavor smh. The meatball sub was very small but my husband said it was decent for the price he paid for it. There is no picture of it becuase he ate it quick LOL Giving 2 stars for these positives: the food was ready when they said it would be. The cashier was friendly. And they were not skimp on the toppings for the pizza. But We won't order from here again. And this was our first time...
