I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the nightmarish ordeal I recently endured with Domino's Pizza. My order not being delivered was only the tip of the iceberg—what truly shocked and dismayed me was the complete lack of assistance from their customer service and the downright rude behavior exhibited by the manager.
Having placed an order with Domino's, I anticipated a timely delivery, but my hopes were dashed as time ticked by without any sign of my food. The lack of communication was disheartening enough, but it was my call to their customer service that truly turned this experience into a nightmare.
Upon reaching out to inquire about my order, I was met with indifference and a complete unwillingness to address the issue. The representative I spoke to seemed disinterested and had no intention of helping to resolve the situation. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.
However, the pinnacle of this disastrous experience was encountering a rude and disrespectful manager. When I escalated my concerns to the manager, their response was shockingly abrasive. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, they spoke to me with condescension and a complete lack of professionalism. Their behavior was not only uncalled for but a glaring reflection of Domino's disregard for their customers' well-being.
I had once considered Domino's as a reliable option for quick and convenient meals. However, this incident has proven to me that their supposed commitment to customer satisfaction is nothing more than a facade. A company that not only fails to deliver but also mistreats its customers and disrespects them does not deserve my loyalty.
In a market where respect, courtesy, and accountability should be the norm, Domino's has shown a shocking lack of these qualities. It is my sincere hope that they take this feedback as an opportunity to introspect and make significant improvements in their customer service and management approach. Until then, I urge others to think twice before placing an order with a company that has demonstrated such a disappointing lack...
Read moreIt all started out well the order went well ordering online and I paid for our food. The tracker starts tracking our order and it was all well until the tracker hit quality control. The tracker sat on c quality control for 10 minutes. I was understanding it was prolly busy. We live 5 minutes from the local Domino's and we would have our food 5 to 10 minutes tops. Wellllll 10 minutes goes by, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, and finally at the 30 minute mark I decided to call the store to make sure driver wasn't lost or something. Nope the kid was rude and condescending brushed my concerns off. Ok well FINNALLY 35 minutes later the pizza driver shows up and just calmly and slowly gets out of his car and had zero sense of urgency to pull the food out of the bag. (yes he still got tipped). I get the food and imagine that the pizza and bread bits are Luke warm at best. The Buffalo wings were legit cold. Like not even warm. The pizza had been in their bag for so long that the boxes were soggy. Now I'm normally not one to complain if something about an order is wrong or not right but this was bad. Coupled with the poor service I had to leave a review so others can beware of ordering pizza from this place. But then again the first person the driver delivered to I bet got hot fresh food. Not soggy boxes with hard pepperoni and cold wings. I spent almost 50 bucks on dinner and had to microwave the food to make it hot and edible. I literally just wasted 50 bucks... The pizza insurance is a joke and does not make up for wasting 50 bucks. Had it not been 845 I would have called to store but my kids were hungry and I wasn't waiting another hour to get food. I understand being busy, but that's not my problem, I expect hot food no matter how busy it is. I'm just mad and disappointed. If this is the way Domino's does customer service and food delivery I will not be back. I have lived in a much bigger town and have been ordering pizza for many years and NOT ONCE have I ever had to wait more than 10 minutes from store to door... Just...
