Jacob's Java — Restaurant in Airway Heights

Imagine waiting behind 2 cars so long that one leaves & the car at the window is still sitting there for what seems like forever.. Then miraculously the other side appears to be open, so I go around. There was someone on foot there getting coffee so I waited yet again for a while. After all this waiting I get to the window and she tells me basically that they don't have coffee, no expresso, no shots 😭, that the machine is being serviced. Stuff happens, things break, and that's totally okay, but letting people wait in line for that long when they don't even have any expresso, they should have came out of their little box and let people know what's up.. she said it would be a couple minutes so I asked her how long it was really going to be because I needed to be at school to get my kids in 10 minutes, so now after waiting the whole time I had to leave...

My husband dislikes change more than anything. When we moved to Airway Heights, he was anxious about his coffee since he buys a cup most days and he needed to find a new spot. In my opinion, Jacobs has the best coffee in Spokane and he agrees. He's been a regular there for a couple of years now and the girls remember exactly what he likes and how he likes it. It can be frustrating to find something new for him, since he has Asperger and is so picky. But the staff here have made him feel comfortable from day 1 and this is now his only coffee shop. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone there because coffee is super important to him and they have never disappointed him, despite who knows how many visits. Used to love this place but my husband has been bragging about getting free coffees and how he trades food from his workplace for more free coffee for all of them and last time we went together the girl was nasty towards me while bragging about all the trades they did and how he must love the other girl more then her I was appalled we got our drinks finally handed them to us and said my straws were blue and as we started to drive away she yelled out the window "like your soul!" very unprofessional and insulting he said her name was Brit.
