Ozzy's Nottingham Pub — Restaurant in Akron

My daughter, myself and friends go to this bar frequently. We went tonight to have a couple drinks and ring in the New Year. We walked in and my daughter had a half a can of soda that she was finishing. The bartender called her out loudly by her name and proceeded to tell her that she could not finish her soda in the bar. We stepped out onto the empty patio so she could finish her soda and then we were planning on going back in the bar to order drinks. 10 minutes later the bartender went out of her way to come outside and tell my daughter that she couldn't sit on the patio either to finish her soda. Seriously? She had 2 sips left! So, apparently this bartender wanted to go home early because she clearly didn't want to make any money. The parking lot was almost empty to begin with and usually is when she is working. Might be her lack of personality and poor customer service, to the point of being rude actually. So needless to say, we left this establishment without spending a dime and took our New Year's Eve party and...

We enjoyed playing darts there. But Cybil the supposed manager was a rude nasty person. Treated the staff terrible and they were always nice to us.

We all spent around $50 every week but she has made us not want to continue coming. We brought others and when she didn’t like the music they were playing she actually changed their bill. We know this as what I paid per drink was less that what was our friends was changed too.

Cybil is fake to us and then yells at the staff to cover her inadequacies. We will go elsewhere if she is there. Too bad we like the place and staff but you can’t treat people that way and think it’s ok. Don’t go there! The owner needs to get his shot together and take her out of the management position. I have been to this bar a handful of times. Never had a problem. Thought it was a cool local bar. Went there last Monday ordered 4 pints of beer 4 bottles of beer 2 rounds of shots. My tab was $95. The bartender told me she was sorry that a bartender off the clock didn't like the music I played on the jukebox and changed all the prices of my drinks. Im pretty sure thats illegal. Unfortunately there was no manager to talk to so I paid my tab. I work in tallmadge and at my reg bar in tallmadge would have cost me $87 so I know 100% my tab shouldve not been $95. I will never go back there. I refuse to spend my money somewhere that has employees that steal...
