Update: Mr. Mack the new GM did reach out to me promptly and assured me he would take care of the issue. I appreciate the timely response and hope to not have that problem again.
The employees at this store are very unprofessional. I am rather upset and appalled at the lack of customer service and professionalism I received at this store on 7/20. On that evening, I drove to the restaurant with the hopes of getting dinner before going home from work. It is posted online, on the store's door, and at the drive-thru that the store closes at 11 pm. I got there at 10:39. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited to be serviced. No one ever came to the speaker. After sitting for 3 minutes and repeatedly saying "hello." I drove around to the side drive-thru window because clearly, the lights were on in the restaurant. When I pulled up, I could see someone standing by the door leading to the back of the store. Once that person looked over and saw me, they ducked down quickly and went through the back door. I sat there surprised for another couple of minutes before finally driving off. It is very disturbing that the employees would behave in such a manner. If they want to leave by 11 pm, maybe you should consider changing the closing time to 10 pm on Saturdays as well. I have reported this to corporate and will seek out the general manager of this store and discuss my concerns as well. But this is definitely something that needs to be addressed immediately. In the meantime, I would recommend going to another store that welcomes...
Read moreFirst let me preface this review by saying I gave them the opportunity to fix their mistake before leaving this review and it did not happen. On January 15th I went through the drive-thru and ordered a white fish combo with crab and shrimp, but when I got home there was nothing in the box but one piece of fish and broccoli. I called the store immediately after looking in my box and no one answered, the fax machine kept coming on. I called about eight times until finally someone picked up with an attitude and I told them what happened and begrudgingly she said "now what you say!" Hollering through the phone.....After I asked her to calm down and let her know that she was not the one who is currently across town and does not have what they paid for and I deserve more respect she then said "well I can just put your name on the list and you come back to get it." I said that was fine. Today January 22nd I am here to pick up my order and needless to say there is no list. Now the girl in the Drive-Thru window asked me which manager did I talk to on the phone and can I pull around in front of the building and wait because they have other customers here. I have been waiting in front of this building for over 20 minutes and no one has come out to the car. Terrible customer service! I have pictures of what they actually gave me that night and I have my receipt!...
Read moreI’m sorry but you customers are CRAZY if you continue to go here. I worked at this location earlier this year for a couple of weeks until I was handing a customer a tray of food and a German roach (the small kind you DONT get rid of) crawled across the tray while it was in my hand. I went to the back and told the GM,she told me to simply “shoo them away because they keep getting sprayed but they just come back”. When I worked there no one even had a current food safety permit,the health department had to take mine (a brand new employee) as documentation so that they wouldn’t fail inspection. The store is simply gross and the employees and managers don’t really care. How can you expect them to considering they don’t pay a livable wage? Not to mention I was hired as a manager but once I started working I was “informed” in front of everyone that I had to work my way to management. Even though that’s what the GM hired me for in the first place. I get it,she’s overworked because they can’t keep people. But that’s the sad part,if she had trusted me to do what she had hired me to I would have been in there having that place spotless and having the employees actually give a crap.
