Time and time again this McDonaldâs disappoints big time. It either is slow as molasses on a freezing cold day or theyâre closed for some arbitrary reason and just ignore you!! The latter is literally what just happened to us. My son wanted a happy meal on our way home so we put in a mobile order. Itâs 4:30pm and there was no one in line. We waited at the screen for minutes but no one said anything even after my husband said âhelloâ a couple times. We pulled around to the window and see a couple employees, one taking someoneâs order then the other guy turns to us and made some gesture. He opened the window and tells us their manager is sick and theyâre closed temporarily then shuts the door back in our face. We put an online order in⊠what do we do? We couldnât even ask a single dang question. We stayed at the window trying to get his attention for a couple more minutes but continued to be ignored. Even at other fast food places when they need to be closed temporarily, they have someone at the speaker to tell you theyâre closed. THEY DONâT IGNORE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!!
As I mentioned, we already generally have a less than good experience at this location but we figured at a non busy time it would be okay. This location CONSISTENTLY has way longer wait times than average. Iâve waited over 45 minutes for a McCafĂ© beverage and the line wasnât that long. This location needs new leadership! Itâs been terrible for years! I was surprised to see itâs owned by the same people who own the 280 location. That location is usually great! People are usually super nice and helpful and they get you in and out quickly. The food is great and usually service with a smile. The opposite is true of this location. From my experience, itâs the 2nd worse McDonaldâs Iâve ever been to. This location needs a customer service...

Luckily the order was right.. but another time she called while in class to ask if the McFlurry machine was working and the lady i was on the phone with her I heard all of this this lady proceeds to say â Is this a prank, this must be some kind of prank.. this is some kind of bussiness â when my daughter just wanted to Know if it was working before she placed the mobile order becus it wonât let her refund if she did on the app.. This was also another black lady who said all this. She called back and luckily a nice girl answer the phone but in the background the lady was like â are those kids calling again â my daughter kept her cool while I was on the other line upset. Very unprofessional but my daughter loves this place there very nice to her SOME of them. Although another time the same black lady who answered the phone my daughter did the mobile order app and it was a deal for purchase of combo get a $2 happy meal for me.. and I wanted another kids fry instead of APPLE SLICES which it allowed on the app. When she goes up there to get it sheâs missing a kids fry for me and tells the lady politely.. my daughter is plus size, but this lady says â they donât do that anymore donât wanna make the kids fat â EXCUSE ME?.. fire the two black ladyâs there horrible and disrespectful.. do better ladyâs and donât a judge book...
   Read moreWent this afternoon and ordered an egg mcmuffin and 2 other items. Two of 3 items were okay, however, the egg mcmuffin was awful. The muffin was black with burn marks everywhere, it was so dry you couldn't bite through it and the yolk of the egg was dry with green edges. As hungry as I was, I was scared to eat it. It looked like one they reheated from the .morning service!@! Seriously, if you r going to advertise breakfast all day, then it should be freshly made, not left overs. I agree with other reviewers the customer service is horrible. When I called to complain, the the. Asked me to come in and fill out papers!!!!!! So, I said, You want to further inconvenience the customer? At which point, I asked for the location manager, who was gone but I was told would call me back soon. I am currently still waiting. I guess the waffle house is an option, just more expensive and no drive thru. I typically go to a cheerful Acton road location and have no problems.
