Complaint Regarding Poor Service from Aldi and Product Quality at Subway on Schillinger Rd
Dear Subway Corporate or Owner,
I’m writing to express my concern about a very unprofessional experience I had during my recent visit to the Subway location on Schillinger Road in Mobile, AL.
While I was preparing to use my own coupon, I offered another customer a coupon as well. I was then told I could not use mine, mind you the other customer used hers. And despite there being no visible signage or communication indicating such a restriction. This was confusing and frustrating.
To add to the disappointment, the employee named Aldi was extremely rude and began speaking in another language while addressing the situation, which came across as disrespectful and unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. Let me add the product I received was not up to standard. The sandwich was poorly made and did not meet the quality I’ve come to expect from Subway.
I will also be calling your corporate office directly to report this, but I wanted to make sure my experience is documented online. Yes I am a resident of Mobile. I hope appropriate action will be taken to improve the customer service and food quality at this location.

There were only literally about 6 in the pan left, so I asked the young lady making my sandwich if she could get more & she said no, it would be a while before she could get some (as if she had to go in the back & cut the pickles herself). I have worked fast foods a long time ago & these things literally come in a bag that you merely open & pour into a container!! The young man working asked her did she want him to go get some & she said no. The young lady was really nasty about MY sandwich that I was paying $11 for. Read moreREVISED UPDATE - This one is going downhill fast. They don't accept Subway coupons for starters. I just tried to order a roast beef on wheat. "Sorry we're out of wheat bread. Don't have enough beef for a sub." "And now white bread either." So, I ordered a Turkey Sub to go. I think they were short on turkey. Got home and the bread was crunchy. Hardly any meat either. Time to find another sub sandwich shop.
I understand they are having hiring problems, but... Had my daughter pick me up a 12" tuna sub. When I goy it there was hardly any tuna on it. Daughter told me the girl was scrapping the container. Standard 12" tuna sub is 4 scoops. I doubt there was 1. Today I went back and asked for the sane thing. They were out of tuna. I tried a different sub that was not very good.
