Burger King — Restaurant in Alafaya

Update December 2021 New Management or something, seemingly constantly understaffed but they are open on time and deal with orders correctly and promptly. Here's to hope that they keep up the improvement. Adding 2 stars to my review. Update September 2021 Well it didn't last. Now they are slower than ever and rarely even have basic breakfast staples like sausage biscuits (checked three times in different weeks over 2 months). I don't see how this place stays open. Update July 2020 Something happened and this place turned around. Service is still slow but they are far better at managing the crowds and opening up on time. I also have noticed them make fewer mistakes with orders. Updating review from 1 to 3 stars.

This is the strangest Burger King I have ever seen. They rarely open on time, sometimes by 11am they are still not open. They are terribly slow to serve, often make mistakes with my order, and the drive through is perpetually broken. We came to this Burger King location on September 29, 2025. When walking up to the counter, we waited above 5 minutes until one of the staff members came to greet us. There was a staff member who was currently working the food line and register while also being on headset, but he didn’t seem to pay us any mind. We were greeted and welcomed in by the staff members Gio and Lynette, they were funny and made us feel welcomed. I can’t say a lot of places still do this, so i appreciate this sincerely. We ordered our food at about 9:45 and got it back at 9:52 so the service was pretty fast. The only comment I have that would be negative would be one of the mangers(as i stated in the beginning) was a bit to worried about doing the line and cleaning the floors rather than getting the rush out the way. Went to grab some dinner post shift, I ordered a bacon king meal, when I got home (after some shifty service as it appears the person running the window has zero clue what’s going on) I opened my burger and was shocked to see my bun was purple. This was from an OCTOBER event for the Adam’s family (it’s November 25th). Not only was this NOT what I ordered this implies that they are using extremely old ingredients to serve anyone. There was zero information that this is what I was receiving and am very disappointed, as the bun is in bad condition and tastes gods awful. In addition in the past I’ve ordered fries and received onion rings in my fry bag which I don’t have any allergies but there could have been someone with a sensitivity that could have been much more of an issue.
