This location is an absolute disaster. I came to buy dinner for my family while on vacation and left with nothing but frustration. I arrived at 9 PM and ordered two meals—a chicken bite box and two cheesesteak empanadas. After paying, the employee told me it would take 6 minutes to cook, which was fine since I expected fresh food.
But after waiting 10 minutes, nothing. I figured maybe they were busy, even though only two cars were behind me. At 20 minutes, still no food. I called an employee, who told me they couldn’t find the empanadas and actually didn’t have any left. He said I could either get a refund or choose something else. I asked for a refund, and the manager (who already had a rude attitude) told him to tell me the refund would take 2 days.
I asked for proof, but she claimed they had no receipt paper—red flag number one. I insisted on documentation or cash, but instead of helping, she shouted from the back. I asked her to come to the window. When she did, she wasn’t wearing a name tag—red flag number two. She refused to provide proof of the refund, gave me a fake name, and acted unprofessional throughout.
Now it’s two days later, and I still don’t have my refund. When I called, the so-called supervisor hung up on me when I asked direct questions.

Read moreThis location has two drive thrus: One for the driver side and the other for the passenger. Of course, as it’s 4AM and I’m by myself, I pull up on the driver side. Everything goes as usual until the cashier asks me to go around to the other window to receive my food. I was confused as to why, I was the only one there and it would be impossible for me to receive my food. I did as I was told anyways, but pulled in the incorrect way, going against the right of way. One of the employees finally hands me my food as another employee (assuming the (assistant?) manager) starts scolding me in a harsh tone saying “you have to pull in the correct way because if someone were to come in, it would’ve been YOUR fault.” It’s the dead of night and there was no one else around. What did she expect of me? To get on my hands and knees in my car just to receive my food and make a fool of myself? Terrible management and manners but what else do you expect from people who work grave-yard shifts. Only there for easy money. And I replied no I would like to order some they replied back to me this window is for pick up only. In a rather rude tone. I said, then you want me to pull through and get in line on the right hand side, correct? And That person said yes. This is the second time that I’ve had bad service at this location. One time before on my receipt for my food, it said waiting and in the area that they put Where they identify you at it said “white boy”. I find that kind of racist but when I called to talk to the manager about it, he saw nothing wrong with it.
