Wawa — Restaurant in Alafaya

Best Wawa, best food and best customer service. This is my to go place for soups, my favorite soup is Chicken Corn Chowder and obviously for coffee my favorite Mocha Mint Iced Latte or Mocha Mint Iced Coffee. My favorite barista’s name is Ava, she’s kind, friendly, wonderful, polite and know how to prepare the best drinks. They are all good, but Ava goes above and beyond to make sure we’re happy with our orders. Mostly everyone in that store are always smiling and always make us feel welcome. Store is always clean, compare to others I have visited. Always find what we’re looking for and most importantly everything is always fresh. My only suggestion would be for the availability of the soups, for what I see chicken corn chowder is one of the most popular soups, so they should have it ready more often and in more quantities, I have had the experience of ordering it because is showing on the menu and when I go to pick it up they tell me they don’t have it or there’s not enough. They should make sure to check the menu constantly on the website so they don’t have to excuse themselves and we don’t waste our time and gas going there to find out that they don’t have what we order. My sister and I always get chais from here when we are inside the amazing employees who prepare our drinks totally spoil us always make our drink yummy and they are very kind and professional. I don’t know what happened on Sunday April 21st but we did curbside and after like 18 min we got our drink after we drive off , my sisters espresso with chai was basically all black tasted disgusting. My chai was very watery like barely no chai the drinks were warm not hot. She was tired and hungry , it was a real let down. To whoever made these drinks please don’t rush if it was busy , get them done right we don’t mind waiting for great quality chai’s and good service, (we waited over 18 min in the car for terrible ones 🙂‍↕️😂) it’s totally worth it your not a robot so work at your pace we know it gets busy. There customer service is EXTREMELY terrible!!!! I went back in to get change from gas I did not use so I figured I'm only getting my change and let me go to the side because there was a longgg line so I asked the female at the register if I may have my change she said give her a minute that she has a line. So I waited till all the customers that were in the line pass then I asked again if I can get the change back from pump 1 and she said VERY RUDELY "I said I have a line" and I told her but ma'am I just waited for the people that you had in line and she just shrugged it off, so I went to the next register was and the "assist manager" was on that register and I asked for my change and as well he was VERY RUDE!!!! IN KISSIMMEE I'M A VERY LOYAL CUSTOMER they even know me by name and what I order because I go so frequently.
